Facilities: The tent is very good overall, the bed and pillow are comfortable, but the quilt is a bit thick and not very comfortable to cover. The water in the shower room is a bit too slow, and I think the function of the smart toilet to flush water first when sitting on it is really hard to describe. I like the terrace outside the tent.
Hygiene: The hygiene is generally satisfactory.
Service: The service is very good. Although it is very close, they still help to deliver the luggage. The young man is very enthusiastic to recommend the beautiful scenery nearby. The breakfast is OK.
Environment: The scenery is very good, opposite is the snow mountain wetland, basically unobstructed.
I stayed for two nights this time, and I will definitely stay again next time!

The hotel is in a good location and relatively close to most of the major sites in the city (15min cab ride at most). The rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast is quite nice with a lot of options. The receptionists at the front desk are really very helpful, they were able to direct me to the nicest spots in the city and connect me with a reliable tour group to visit Kala Kule lake even though I didn't plan my trip properly or book anything in advance. They made the stay all the more wonderful, and were great helps despite me not being able to communicate in Chinese. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Personally, I feel that the hotel run by a Wenzhou boss has better service and some details. First of all, when I entered the room, I was surprised that the room was equipped with a large-capacity humidifier, which was filled with water. It was very comfortable after turning it on for a night! Secondly, the breakfast dishes also provide dishes that suit the taste of southern guests, which is very attentive. Recommended! !
We were surprised to find such a great hotel (seemingly just opened up for travellers on foreign passports) in such a remote city at the edge of the Taklamakan desert. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and a perfectly clean and well designed room with no fault at all. Comfortable bed, large modern shower, fast wifi and a good choice of tasty foods at the breakfast buffet make this hotel the place to stay in Hetian which we can strongly recommend.

Four of my sisters and I booked a three-day stay in a 33-square-meter room with one large and one small bed, the smaller of which was 1.2 meters. The bedding and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room was well-equipped, and the hotel also had laundry facilities, a restaurant, and a gym. It was a very pleasant experience.
Also: Because the hotel had just opened and the neighboring hotel was still under renovation, there were occasional noises and smells. However, the staff arranged for an air purifier to be installed in the room, which was very helpful and relieved us of any worries.

This time I had a very good experience staying at Yaxin International Hotel. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and the check-in was very fast. They gave my children Xinjiang souvenirs. The room was prepared with welcome fruit plates and drinks. The details were very thoughtful. I want to point out that the hotel also made its own special cards, and the blessings were all handwritten, which was very heartwarming. The hotel has its own parking lot, and parking is also very convenient. In short, this hotel is very good.
1. For a hotel costing nearly 1,800 yuan per night, the shower water supply was insufficient. I complained several times, but there was no solution. I had to go to the newly opened bath center next door to shower at night...
2. The elevator reeked of sweat.
3. The refrigerator in the room wasn't turned on, and I had to plug it in myself.
4. They said it was a Delicious mattress, but it wasn't comfortable at all; it was very hard, and the pillows were incredibly high.
5. The toilet made an inexplicable gurgling sound from time to time. I think it's a new hotel, and the plumbing isn't fully installed yet. It was quite frustrating.
6. The front desk clerk was clueless and hung up on me. She would ask, and then nothing happened.
This was the most expensive hotel of my entire Xinjiang trip. There wasn't much scenery around, but the experience was the worst. Consider it a lesson learned.

What a beautiful courtyard, beautiful Xinjiang, the scenery in Xinjiang is so beautiful. I accidentally discovered this small courtyard, which made the journey so leisurely and comfortable. The boss is also very nice, with delicious breakfast and considerate care. Life can be so beautiful!
We were checked in by Mr Kadeer, who informed us that the room I booked is located in the basement. He kindly offered to show us the room to ensure that we like it. The room was huge with a little courtyard for hanging your laundry. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good too.
When we were there, a few weddings took place. There was a public lotus lake outside the hotel but sad to say it was very much neglected otherwise it would have boosted the hotel’s location. If you happened to be there on a weekend, take a right turn from the hotel entrance and walk to the end of the road. Across the road you can find a busy street of eateries with gatherings of families and friends.
To be honest: the hotel has a good location, complete facilities but a little old, the service attitude is okay, the hotel will help with luggage when checking in, but there is no such treatment when checking out. The room is so small and depressing, it is not good for guests to open the door and come in to deliver fruits when they are not in the room, there are many things for breakfast but they are flashy, there are only a few chicken necks for meat, and you have to wait a long time to fry eggs. The accommodation fee of 237 yuan is not cost-effective. Hotan City is not big, taxi fares are cheap, and hotels that stay a little further away are cheap and comfortable. Of course, Buddhists can stay here.

AAnonymous UserThe Xinjiang Cultural Tourism Narat Resort Hotel is ideally located, just a two-minute walk from the Narat Scenic Area Service Center. Located across the river from the scenic area, the hotel offers panoramic views of lush green mountains, snow-capped mountains, meadows, and pine trees, creating a truly picturesque experience.
The room amenities were quite complete, and the breakfast was quite generous. However, the service was lacking: there was a lack of seamless coordination between the front desk and housekeeping. After check-in, the room wasn't cleaned, leaving the staff scrambling. Tourism in Narat is highly seasonal, and it felt like most of the staff were newly hired and hadn't received formal training. Instead of greeting each other, the staff ignored the greetings they'd received. We recommend that the hotel strengthen its management and improve its overall quality. The hotel also provided fruit on our check-in day, which we appreciated!
GGuest UserService: As soon as the luggage got off the car, a guy took the initiative to take the luggage, and the front desk reception was very polite. We arrived at 11 o'clock, the breakfast ended. Even if the meals were not updated, we had food to eat, which was very friendly!
Facilities: Complete facilities, gym, children's playground, billiard room, laundry room, car wash. Room humidifier, oxygen generator, and diffuse oxygen generator! Perfect point, no noise at night, better sleep quality.
You can see the beautiful scenery without obstruction outside the window.
Hygiene: Very clean and tidy, no odor, comfortable bedding. The brand of bathing is the same as that of a five-star hotel.
Ta County is not big, and it takes only a few minutes to drive anywhere if you live here. I didn't bring my children this time, but it is very considerate to have children's play.
AApril‘Mother1. Location: In the west of the ancient city, very close to a gate of the ancient city. Then go out of this gate, cross the road, and walk a short distance to the right to reach Nuolan Hotel, a relatively good local restaurant with many locals. The hotel is decorated very distinctively and the service attitude is good. I ate roasted pigeon, lamb skewers, pepper chicken, strawberry milkshake, etc. I think the taste is quite good 😄. There is also an ancient city performance downstairs at 7 o'clock in the evening.
2. Room: The room is very clean, the bedding is comfortable, and I like the layout very much. The bed is against the window. When you open the window, you can see the ancient city street. The sun shines in and it is very warm.
3. The boss: very enthusiastic, and also invited us to eat the dates grown by ourselves, which are very delicious. There are also two cute cats.
Our girl likes this homestay very much 😄, and is vying to write a review.
Kashgar is a place worth visiting again. Next time, I will choose Qingfeng Yage
SStAnastasiaMy friend and I stayed at the Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel during a layover in Urumqi, and it was the perfect choice for a short stay near the airport. The location is extremely convenient - just ~15 minutes away from the terminal, which made our transit hassle-free. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a great advantage.
Though the hotel could use minor renovations, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The room had all the essentials: slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, a comb, a hairdryer, an electric kettle, cups, and bottled water. The Wi-Fi worked well, which was important for us to plan our day trip and order a taxi.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered a good variety of options. Even if you're not yet accustomed to Chinese cuisine, you can find simple choices like boiled eggs and mantou (steamed buns).
For sightseeing, the city center and main attractions (such as the Xinjiang Museum, Red Hill Park, the Grand Bazaar, and the mosque) are about 30 minutes away by taxi. We managed to explore all of them in a day. Nearby, there are also local markets, convenience stores, and small cafés for snacks and essentials.
Overall, if you need a comfortable, budget-friendly hotel close to Urumqi Airport with good service and decent amenities, Tianyuan Hangyou Hotel is a great option. Highly recommended for transit travelers!
GGuest UserExtremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed.
My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good.
Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar.
GGuest UserThis hotel is not perfect but overall I had an amazing stay.
First, the woman on reception is very friendly and helpful. She let me check in early as I arrived from Urumqi at 8am. Thanks to her I was able to get a good sleep before I started exploring the old town. She even gave me yogurt and granola so I wouldn't have an empty stomach. Despite the language barrier, she was patient with me and was always willing to help.
The location could not get any better. It's inside the ancient town so you can easily walk to shops, restaurants and cafes. Cars are not allowed in the ancient city but that wasn't a problem -the hotel is roughly a 5 minute walk from one of the entrances to the old town so it's very convenient to walk there to take a taxi, find a bus stop etc.
The decor of the entire hotel is beautiful and fits in very well with the asthetic of the old town. I just wish the communal areas on the roof top was better maintained. It is starting to look a bit shabby.
Overall I was happy with my room but there are some things I wasn't pleased about. First, apart from the tables on both sides of the bed, the other cabinets in the room were for show -they don't actually open, meaning there is very little storage space. Also, I like having a window I'm my room so I can feel less claustrophobic. I paid extra for a courtyard view. That's because I wanted to see the courtyard. However, I opened the curtain, and I found out that the windows are opaque. I opened the windows as far as I could without banging the TV, and there's a barrier over the windows. I understand they have these measures for privacy but in my opinions, curtains are enough. That definitely dampened my experience. Lastly, the walls are extremely thin, meaning almost every night I was woken up by other people making noise in the courtyard.
Overall I am happy with my experience and I would book here again next time I visit Kashgar, but I would book a room with a city view instead for the reasons mentioned above.
__WeChat255342****The breakfast outside on the first day was very perfunctory. On the second day, the breakfast was moved to the first floor of the hotel and suddenly went up a few steps. I was very satisfied.
Can you imagine that in Altay in the winter, the temperature inside the room is very warm, so hot that I can’t cover myself with a quilt? In the end, I have to sleep with the window open.
It's great to have a shuttle bus to the ski resort. The hotel is very close to Jinshan Market and the corner of Altay, within walking distance.
CChaokeaidexiaofeiziThe room is very spacious, fully equipped, clean and tidy, and has an oxygen concentrator and humidifier. The front desk staff had a very good attitude and enthusiastically introduced the route and inquired about weather changes and other information. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommended. The parking lot is large and free. Next door is the famous Yipin Yak hotpot restaurant, which tastes very good.
GGuest UserThe room was nice and clean. Breakfast was served in a halal canteen, which was clean and hygienic. Parking is in a separate courtyard, and the hotel is easy to find, right on the road, making it convenient to enter. The service was excellent, especially the manager, who knew we were visiting the neighboring military base for a nostalgic visit and even found a way to contact the military property manager to take my father to visit the former barracks. Thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏
GGuest UserI went out to travel with friends and had a very good experience in this hotel. I was very satisfied. The lobby was very cool as soon as I came in. The front desk clerk was also very enthusiastic. The front desk service was excellent and was immediately solved when I needed it. I stayed for two consecutive days. Free yogurt was given when I checked in. There was free tea in the lobby. There was mineral water at the elevator entrance. The hotel customized water, the room was very clean, and there was a free laundry room, activity room and gym on the second floor, all of which were free to use. I will choose this hotel next time I come. As long as you are a guest, you will get a discount if you eat in the restaurant. The price is very affordable. I am really very satisfied. There are many types of breakfast, which are very rich and especially suitable for our taste. I strongly recommend it. I strongly recommend it. I strongly recommend it. I strongly recommend it.
