Baotou Shangri-La Hotel is still my first choice for business trips, because the environment here is very good, the facilities and equipment are also complete. My hotel housekeeper Miss Bai Huimin's service is very good. She contacted me in advance to arrange a room with a good view for me, and also arranged fruits for me. There are also many kinds of breakfast. The invoice was also prepared for me in advance before I checked out. This kind of service can only be experienced in a five-star hotel.

The rooms are very satisfied, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the reception is also very good, I have lived many times, and I live in this hotel every time I travel. This is a very good hotel, the room is spacious and bright, the bed is comfortable, so that I can enjoy a good sleep. The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a rich breakfast buffet and a variety of leisure facilities to relax me.

The location is very good, and the sunset room has a good view. I like the warm and thoughtful reception staff at the breakfast entrance. However, the staff in the restaurant ignored us. There was still half an hour before breakfast ended, and there was nothing to eat. The mutton soup buns they gave us did not have mutton, and the milk tea was gone.

It was an amazing experience staying at this hotel. It was very clean, beautiful atmosphare and even had a yurt for dining in. The dishes were immens big and very delicious. Additionally I went for a driver organized by the hotel, which was the best choice. Would definitely recommend that to anyone who wanna get around. The driver (Chinese-Speaking) was very caring, explained all kind of interesting things, took pictures for you (very good ones!) and were giving her best to make your experience as great as possible. I seriously recommend this hotel and driver service. They helped me with my trip from start till the end and really adjusts the schedule to your wishes. Thank you so much!

Staffs cannot speak English but they’re helpful and very nice to help us though there is barrier language. The hotel does not offer laundry service but they showed the willingness to let us use their washing machine and the hanger to get clothes dried. We asked for day tour and the tour went very well after that. We forgot contacting the property 1 day in advance per mentioned when booked but they’re willing to be there to service and get us checked in though we reached quite late around 9AM. The hotel is clean and all needed stuff are always available and fulfilled more than enough.
