Advantages: Twin double room, big and comfortable bed, view outside the window, and many lights in the room. Breakfast is included, not much but tastes good. Disadvantages: The equipment is very old, such as TV, exhaust fan, worn quilts, hair dryer not working, refrigerator without independent power supply.

Definitely the RIGHT place to stay in BaoLoc - turn left out the front entrance, left again at the T and about less than 500m up the road, on the right, is an awesome fresh seafood restaurant (it’s an open store / all the insides are seafood and cooking, so you sit on the street, or get take-out. Or get a rotisserie BBQ chicken locally.

Strange experience, respiratory, it is visible, in fact you have a guy bringing the key and he takes it then. We had a stop for a couple of days. WiFi in the room was not, the router was lying off the password from the common WiFi, which was in the room constantly disconnected. The manager is always ready to help, but if he has a benefit, we rented a bike through him. After asked how to leave in Nyachang, he offered us to order a taxi to the bus station for 300k (taxi Maxim 210k to MuiNe) in fact the bus stopped right near the hotel, the only one to sit in it needs the help of the Vietnamese, Since on the site it was not possible to indicate this stop, but by phone it is booked free, unfortunately we learned when we passed by the hotel, I will drop the manager photo, he said yes we have a bus stop, it is not a claim but a advice as + to service, to help the passengers leave you. Distance to MuiNe 15 km. The complex is far from the city in the local dunes. A separate theme for breakfast, in the morning, on the choice of a dish with rice, which in any cafe 35k the maximum cost, they have it 80-100k and the full cost is included in the rent. On the territory all shops are more expensive, there is nothing even for expensive. For example, now in the niachanga hotel, almost twice as cheap as the hav track is fed for slaughter. Just 2 fried eggs with toast and that would be better than heavy rice for breakfast( The view is great, in the evening got on a foam party in the pool, somewhere in the spa there is a sauna, they say free, but we didn 't find. I am not sure that the second time I will stop in this place, by the way, on the photo you can see escalators, the house on the mountain, as well as to the lower parking goes type golf cars (transfer)

Nice enough bit a bit run down. No hot water and when I did run the shower a tap under the sink started leaking water all over the floor. The swimming pool was heated as well which is a bit weird given how hot Vietnam is... so no cooling off in the pool after a long day riding the motorcycle. Nice enough for a one night pit stop but you'rld be disappointed if you booked for longer.

This hotel needs a rebuild, or at least a comprehensive renovation. It's highly overpriced in its current state, perhaps still attracting guests like me by the Muong Thanh name. Almost everything is old and worn out. There is only one reachable power socket in the room, not on the bedside. One bedside table lamp had a broken inline switch, which hangs out of view, and is a shock hazard as one touches it. When I reported this, they just took the lamp away. I had to ask for a replacement again as that was the only nighttime light one can reach. The bathroom is very dimly lit, shower flow feeble, and shower gel and shampoo too little even for one person. No conditioner. Breakfast service is mediocre. Empty dishes and coffee carafe were not replenished even after 15 minutes. After someone spilled coffee, nobody came to clean it up.

The hotel is located separately from the city so the atmosphere is great. At night you can see the stars. The receptionist is cute and attentive. When the whole family arrived, they also gave us tickets for the evening buffet. However, the garden view on the first floor overlooks the restaurant so we can't see anything. The family next door is very noisy. At 1am, I couldn't sleep so I called the receptionist. They also didn't show me how to close the mesh window overlooking the garden because it's very difficult to close and doesn't block the noise.

Everything was great! Host and team were very polite and helpful with all our questions, even with a parking spot, really very nice and friendly! Room was clean, big and cool, with a sea view, just like photos. Check-out was fast and perfect! The territory is amazing: beautiful pools, areas, animation, evening music, lots of stores and spots. You have a whole impression being in a big city. We loved that!

GGuest UserDalat Palace Heritage Hotel It’s true that the last time we stayed at the Dalat Heritage Hotel was years back. It had a different name then too, when it was, we believe, under a different management. The place was beautiful, with vanished wooden floors, beds with canopies and bath tubs on steady golden legs. Golden taps and fresh looking bathroom tiles. Most importantly, it was clean, the cushioned chairs felt firmed, the rooms & bathrooms brightly lit. It was an equivalent if not better than the Raffles in Spore. We decided in our latest trip to stay at the now Dalat Heritage Hotel for two nights, 23 & 24 July 2025 . We learnt that it had changed hands and while we expected it to have aged, we thought most hotel managements, would have done some upgrade, some renovation some replacements of essentials. Sad to say, our stay was a tremendous let down. I’m trying not to use the adjectives “traumatising experience” and will not offer photos, so that the hotel has an opportunity to spruce it up and bring it to its former glory. The property has too much potential & history to be abandoned by visitors to Dalat. We stepped into a an old, tired looking lobby. Waited a long time to register and was told to expect welcoming drinks which never came. We girls had to use the “ladies. ” another disappointment. It was old, the flush was a pull up lever which almost didn’t work. The taps were tarnished. We finally got into our rooms. The floors were scratched, not quite the varnish, but we thought, it’s ok, a little authenticity, somethings must age. The beds still had its canopy, but the linens looked worn, tired. The little table with its two cushion chairs were well placed, but the cushions were totally worn, we could feel the base of the seat. There was a dressing table, thoughtful… but then there was no light for any lady, vain or otherwise, to apply her war paint. The room was badly lit, no extra lights at the dressing table or anywhere. The stand alone cupboards were large, but dark as well. I almost missed the black hair dryer kept in there, and we couldn’t find the room slippers and had to ask for help to locate it in the cupboards. The most disappointing was the bathroom. It was badly lit as well. The taps were all tarnished and without my glasses, I could see the bits of mould growing around the base of the tap. There was also limescale deposits. The floor tiles were badly worn, and I wish I could say it gave the bathroom a feel of the grandeur of yesterday years ageing gracefully, but hygiene is too important here to do so. The highlight was when we took a shower and stepped into the bathtub supported by “stone legs.” It wobbled continuously and made such a lot of noise that kept the user on edge. Then, we saw it all, the grouting of the wall tiles were caked with black moulds. To top it all, the bathroom had a stench of clogged pipes. It stayed with us like a faithful friend that won’t leave even if we tried pushing him out the door!! Did I mention the mosquitoes that bunked in with us? They bit my friend on the face & eye lid which swelled for 2 days. In the mornings, they sounded the wake up calls around our faces. If it had been possible, we would have cancelled the wake up calls. Breakfast was good. There was a good spread and the chefs behind the counters were friendly and all smiles. However much could be done to train the waitresses, who hid in corners. I asked one of them where the toaster for the bread was, she said there was none. I found it on the second morning. It was there all along. I guess her English needs polishing. Luckily, the porters were friendly and quite quick with umbrellas as it rained the whole 2 days we were there. On the whole, the hotel had a handful of local guests while we were there. I hope they chip in, in encouraging the hotel to relook at its offerings. We would really like to go back, but perhaps, only if someone wrote a review that says otherwise.

GGuest UserWhen I checked in, the hotel said that they had not received any notes from the booking party and prepared a twin room for me. I asked for a king-size bed, but they replied that they had not received any. After communicating with the platform, the platform upgraded me to a premium king-size bed room for a fee. It took nearly two hours to check in, which made me a little angry. After checking in, the service was very good. Welcome snacks and fruits were placed in the room. The hotel environment was also elegant, with its own beach. It was quite comfortable to stay, but the decoration was a little old.

GGuest UserOur stay at APEC Mandala in Mũi Né was an amazing experience! The hotel offered everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday. One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials. APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. We would highly recommend it! Let me know if you’d like further refinements!

TtomcsvanMy stay at Edensee Resort was a delightful escape into nature's beauty. The mesmerizing scenery and top-notch service created a serene atmosphere, making it a memorable experience. However, the charm of the resort was slightly tempered by the aging appearance of my room, hinting at the need for a refreshing update to fully align with the overall excellence of Edensee

GGuest UserThe hotel looks great and overall okay. They have an app to book buggy service but the timings are inconsistent and sometimes they don’t respond. Our last day i booked and five buggies drove past us and i had to flag down the next. Breakfast is a complete mess and not the greatest variety. Went to Italian restaurant when we arrived and they have a good menu of cocktails, but server said they don’t make them at that restaurant. I asked why they have a full menu of options and she said she didn’t know. There is no beach access close but the main pool is okay but can be a bit crowded. Overall the look is five stars, but at best 3 would be fair. Not much for couples in the evenings, we went to Matador restaurant down the street and it was amazing. From the cost to experience perspective, i would not rebook at this hotel.

GGuest Userwe stayed here during TET, the overall environment of the resort is amazing, it is chill and clean. my daughter and myself got stung by a jellyfish and they didn’t have nurse on duty but thanks for Ms Phuong who took care of us. The staff is attentive, nice and helpful. There are many choices of the breakfast but it takes pretty long for getting a coffee as the machines don’t work very well. There were some vietnamese customers dumped the trashes on the floor in the restaurant that is disgusting, the staff should have given them reminders. It is a good resort, I will recommend to my friends and come back for sure.
