The one night stay here was as I'd hoped. The pick up at the station incuded staff guiding through the scenic area to the hotel. On arrival, I was told breakfast was an upgrade. The room was comfortable and overlooking a small waterfall by a bridge. I was worried as I returned around 10pm with loud music very near the hotel, but the room must have good insulation as I couldn't hear it in the room. A driver to return to the station was arranged next morning for 20 yuan.

My experience has been extremely comfortable along with my family. The hotel itself convinced me to extend my stay for 3 more nights. With all my appreciation to the Hotel Management, I would still request the team to consider further enhancing their breakfast which is already very good, and still is open for new additions and more variety, Overall a 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating from my side. Well Done 👍🏻

Hotel is old and due a renovation, yes price and location is good but I was very disappointed with the room, windows facing stairs where people frequently walk, your only options are to have 0 sunlight or have strangers stare in your room. Since there’s no separate bathroom (all in 1 room) there’s not even a secure place to change. Looks a lot better in pictures than reality. But, for 300 yuan honestly it’s okay. Very lovely and helpful staff!

I came as a family of 2, and the hotel managed to meet and exceed all of our needs. For the price paid, the amenities and the service staff managed to meet and exceed all of my family’s needs. The place is cozy and has a great view from the rooftop. Navigating the national park of Zhangjiajie was challenging, especially when some of the internal shuttle bus routes were blocked due to the heavy rain in the previous week. Not only did the inn’s service staff help to book the tickets to the park and schedule the time of entry, they constantly provided daily recommendations of the viewing attractions based on the weather and availability of the shuttle bus. I managed to tick off everything I wanted to see on the trip to Zhangjiajie national park thanks to their help! They also help to recommend local restaurants, and other attractions such as the Glass Bridge, yellow dragon cave, and baofeng lake. The location is ideal as it’s close to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National park, which is one of the more crowded entry gates. If you would like to avoid big crowds by entering the park early, I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Family Stay at Hampton by Hilton! We booked two rooms for a short family getaway. Both rooms were exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. Rooms & Comfort: The twin rooms were spacious and cozy, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless throughout our stay. Location: Perfectly located near Tianmen Mountain, the hotel made it easy for us to access local attractions. It’s a great base for sightseeing and nature lovers. 💁♂️ Service: The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly.

The Hotel has a great location with a fantastic view on the waterfall. The service was amazing, the hotel staff is very nice and helpful. We connected on WeChat and if I had any question, I could contact them and they responded immediately. Definetely use their pick-up-service from airport or trainstation!

We stayed here for three nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room is spacious and has a nice layout. Everything is comfortable, fresh and clean. The Location of the hotel is convenient, as it is located next to the entrance of the baofeng lake, a breathtaking attraction. The breakfast has a lot of variety and tastes good. The ingredients are fresh and there is something for everyone. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful. They helped us to plan our trip to the national park and gave us many great recomendations. Special thanks to them 😊

Hassle free experience checking into this bed and breakfast accommodation. The staff will contact you a day before to offer discounted entrance tickets (90 yuan) and transportation by a private driver (20 yuan). We opted for both of these services and it was the best decision we’ve made. The driver will drop you off at the closest entrance to the town, where the staff will meet you in a tricycle to transport your suitcases to the accommodation. The pathway is dirt so it would have been a nightmare pulling our suitcases through this. The rooms are large but average. We can see half of the waterfall from our balcony. For breakfast it is simple soup noodle. They ran out of rice sticky dumplings by the time we got there and the staff did not refill it. The only standout was the outdoor dining area, you’ll get a full view of the town which was amazing without having to be surrounded by a large crowd. I did notice that some tourists managed to walk in and take some photos when the front desk was not staffed… which felt unfair as this was the most expensive accommodation we’ve paid whilst in china.

I must admit that I was somewhat underwhelmed by the overall experience at this hotel. We visited during the summer holidays there were children running everywhere. The rooms did not quite match the descriptions and seemed rather basic and somewhat worn. The balcony door did not close properly, and closing it could result in being locked out. The air conditioning worked well. While the buffet breakfast selection was good, the quality was not up to par. The complimentary laundry service was a welcome addition, but unfortunately, the clothes came out smelling worse than when they went in. The hotel's main advantage is its convenient location, being just a ten-minute walk from the east gate entrance and close to a popular evening street. However there are no supermarkets near by to get food for the day unlike the south entrance which has a great one.

We had a short but really good time here. Very friendly family oriented place which was located perfectly for our needs (close to the cable car, bus and train station). Whatever request we had the owners helped us with everything :) There were some noise during night from outside as it is located in a neighbourhood. Overall I can recommend!
