First of all, the receptionist is very respectful, clean, and everything is available next to the hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind and professional. A special thank you goes out to Nicole, the receptionist, and also to the other lady of Egyptian origin whose name I regretfully cannot recall. They were both truly excellent. The breakfast was good, generous, and of high quality.

The hotel is excellent in terms of location, free parking, and connection to The Avenues Mall. The rooms overlook the sea, facing the mall. The hotel is very nice, especially on the upper floors. The reception staff are very respectful and helpful, especially Mohammed Bahraini and Abdul Karim Masri. The hotel offers a varied breakfast, with different main dishes served almost daily. Dinner is made to order, not a buffet, and the food was delicious. For those looking for tranquility and easy access to the mall or the city center, I recommend it, especially for families. The hotel lacks a spa service. It was a wonderful experience and worth repeating. Important note: Some rooms on the website are listed as accessible for people with special needs. Do not book them if you are not in a category that requires this, as they are generally not suitable for the average person in terms of closets, bathrooms, and beds. I hope the website will note this by stating that they are only for people with special needs. Thanks to the hotel management, especially Mr. Abdul Karim, for upgrading my room as soon as he learned of the notice. He handled the situation with professionalism and expertise and upgraded me, which made me very happy and made me permanently add the hotel to my favorites list and join Hilton membership. The environment is very good, open kitchen, with tableware, stove, microwave oven, vomit driver, washing and drying machine, you can cook by yourself during Ramadan, it is really important, like it!
