If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

The sea view from this place is absolutely stunning. I stayed here for two nights in Manado as a layover before going diving in Raja Ampat. I arrived at the hotel at 7 AM on the day of check-in and was able to pay an extra 250,000 IDR at the front desk for an early check-in, and they even upgraded my room. On the day I left, my flight was at 8 PM, and I paid another 250,000 IDR to extend my check-out until 4 PM. Overall, everything was great, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the bathroom felt a bit old and run down, probably because the hotel itself is older and the bathroom maintenance hasn't been great. There's an Italian restaurant downstairs called Amicoo which was quite good, although the service was a bit slow.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was going to be a memorable stay. First and foremost, the staff at Tahuna Beach Hotel deserve all the praise in the world. They were not just attentive, but genuinely caring and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Whether it was the friendly greetings at the front desk, the impeccable service from the kitchen team, or the extraordinary gesture from the general manager who even provided transportation for us in his own car to the pier area for our next destination, every interaction left us feeling valued and welcomed. Despite their limited English proficiency, the staff's dedication shone through in every interaction. -I encountered a mishap during my trek to Mount Awu, where I misplaced my instant camera. A local found it, and with the help of Gilbert, one of the hotel staff members, the camera was safely retrieved and ensured it was in good condition. Additionally, when I slipped while trekking, my local guide called Gilbert, who promptly drove himself to arrange for me to be transported back to the hotel, ensuring my safety and well-being.These acts of kindness and exceptional service truly made my stay at Tahuna Beach Hotel and Resort unforgettable. Thank you so much🙏🏻 I can't wait to have the opportunity to return soon.

Such an old hotel, it's my first time staying at a Four Points with such poor facilities. It's right next to a large shopping mall, so dining is very convenient. The sea view room also offers a nice view.

Hotel was in an excellent location with my room facing the full sea view. Furniture is dated but overall cleanliness is acceptable. Breakfast wasn't fantastic but not shabby either.

Cons: The sewer had a serious odor issue, which they tried to mask with air fresheners! The drainage was also poor; after a 10-15 minute shower, the entire bathroom floor would be flooded. It was 'repaired' twice but never fixed! The sink in the room leaked! The bathroom door handle was broken! The microwave didn't heat properly; it took me almost half an hour to heat two boxes of leftovers, and they still weren't thoroughly warmed! The safe was broken! There were animal droppings and a lot of dust in many places! The bed sheets were not changed at all during our four-night stay! The food tasted mediocre, and when it was busy, we had to fight for breakfast items, plates, and coffee cups, which were hard to get and replenished very slowly! Dinner service was incredibly slow; waiting times for dishes often exceeded an hour, making my child almost cry from hunger! There were also a lot of mosquitoes! Pros: The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the staff provided good service, and it was convenient to get to the pier for diving excursions.

It is one of the hotels with good cost-effectiveness among the accommodations I stayed in Manado. Additionally, the room I stayed in on my second visit was in the annex, and although the rate was a little cheaper, the facilities and structure were inferior to those of the main building. Please keep this in mind.

The room is clean, the bedding is good, and the sleep is very comfortable. It is much better than Sheraton. The location is not as good as Sheraton, but it is also very convenient to take a taxi.

The staff are 5.star, very kind and warm. But don't expect fast food service. The staff are professionals. The coffeeshop serves.good selection of coffee.and teas, snacks. The dining room, with breakfast buffet and àla carte menu.offers. value and quality food. The front office staff is also. Very efficient and allowed late.check.out.
