If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

The sea view from this place is absolutely stunning. I stayed here for two nights in Manado as a layover before going diving in Raja Ampat. I arrived at the hotel at 7 AM on the day of check-in and was able to pay an extra 250,000 IDR at the front desk for an early check-in, and they even upgraded my room. On the day I left, my flight was at 8 PM, and I paid another 250,000 IDR to extend my check-out until 4 PM. Overall, everything was great, and the front desk service was excellent. However, the bathroom felt a bit old and run down, probably because the hotel itself is older and the bathroom maintenance hasn't been great. There's an Italian restaurant downstairs called Amicoo which was quite good, although the service was a bit slow.

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew this was going to be a memorable stay. First and foremost, the staff at Tahuna Beach Hotel deserve all the praise in the world. They were not just attentive, but genuinely caring and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Whether it was the friendly greetings at the front desk, the impeccable service from the kitchen team, or the extraordinary gesture from the general manager who even provided transportation for us in his own car to the pier area for our next destination, every interaction left us feeling valued and welcomed. Despite their limited English proficiency, the staff's dedication shone through in every interaction. -I encountered a mishap during my trek to Mount Awu, where I misplaced my instant camera. A local found it, and with the help of Gilbert, one of the hotel staff members, the camera was safely retrieved and ensured it was in good condition. Additionally, when I slipped while trekking, my local guide called Gilbert, who promptly drove himself to arrange for me to be transported back to the hotel, ensuring my safety and well-being.These acts of kindness and exceptional service truly made my stay at Tahuna Beach Hotel and Resort unforgettable. Comfortable Luxury Stay with a Fantastic Pool Experience My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado was overall a very satisfying experience. While there were a few minor shortcomings considering the hotel’s price range and brand level—such as the absence of a hairdryer in the room—the overall quality of the stay more than made up for it. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

Hotel was in an excellent location with my room facing the full sea view. Furniture is dated but overall cleanliness is acceptable. Breakfast wasn't fantastic but not shabby either.

I stayed for 4 nights in the old wing of the resort. Room: The space was generous and comfortable, and the bed mattress was pleasant, but the bathroom/shower showed signs of age. Pool: It was 50m long and the water quality was good, but it didn't operate late. The kids' pool, in particular, was excellent. Restaurant: It was spacious and pleasant, but the food selection was the same for all 4 days, though it was palatable. Other facilities: The gym and ping-pong room were great to use. The resort's walking paths and photo-worthy spots were nice, and the jetty offered beautiful sunsets. The price was so good that I would definitely consider staying here again if I revisit Manado.

I stayed here for a night. If you’re looking for a hotel with “unique” experiences, this one’s for you! The check-in was smooth, and the bed was decorated with abstract stains – perhaps part of the charm? Luckily, no soap to wash away the memory in the room. When asked, the staff, oh so polite, reassured me that the soap “could be conditioned” – whatever that means! And, the cherry on top: a delightful three-minute delay for a room check, just to make sure I didn’t snag a complimentary pen. I left feeling like a lottery winner who hit the jackpot of mediocrity. Truly a stay to remember! 🎉

The room is clean, the bedding is good, and the sleep is very comfortable. It is much better than Sheraton. The location is not as good as Sheraton, but it is also very convenient to take a taxi.

Good hotel with very pleasant rooms and a great breakfast. Only the pool and its facilities are a bit disappointing.
