WE came over to visit my sone and daughter in law. This suite had plenty of room for us to talk and visit. My grandson had plenty of room to run and play without feeling over crowded. The breakfast nook was well stocked with a variety of toast, fresh waffles, yogurt, cereals, and a variety of hot and cold beverages. We had an issue with the toilet, but it was easily remedied. The staff was very friendly and understanding. The location to Columbia Center is very close, so with a short drive are a number of various restaurants and other activities. I would definitely come back for a large budget-priced motel room.

The good: Location. 1 mile from airport. Right next to Light Rail station. Has a 24hr 7/11 close. Free airport shuttle. Shower was great. Hot water and good pressure. Bad: very worn down, but its a cheap hotel so it is sort of getting what u pay for. However, was surprised at how thin the walls were. You could loudly hear just people walking on the floor above or wheeling a suitcase outside your door. Earplugs, sound machine, TV, something will be needed to get some sleep. Again, if you can sleep anywhere and just need somewhere to lay your head before the cruise the next day. Its reasonable. If u can find a hotel in the area for $20-30 more per night, its worth the money to book the other hotel.

The location of the little inn is very good and it is convenient to travel. Regardless of the place, the facilities are complete, including microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and telephone. The only shortcoming is that the phone can only make local calls. At first, the front desk staff said that they can make all-American calls, maybe she too I didn’t understand, but I changed the room and I still couldn’t call the other waiters and told me that they could only make local calls. The little inn also had breakfast very pleasantly surprised.

The staff were good and friendly. The beds were fine. The breakfast was good, more than a lot of places at this level. We didn't get maid service when staying for two days but that seems to be standard in a lot of places these days- it was fine but we would have liked fresh towels (we could have asked at the desk I'm sure they would have given us more). The sink faucet in the room needs work- it was very hard to turn on. The hot tub was non-functional- it would have been nice to know that ahead of time but it was fine. It was an average hotel stay with good staff, thank you for your service.

Sleep Inn is in a good location, close to the airport, and there is a shuttle bus to the hotel. It is also close to the light rail station, about 7 minutes walk to downtown. There is a 24-hour restaurant opposite the hotel which is very convenient. very satisfied!

I originally was hesitant to stay here but it was a very pleasant experience! Staff was very friendly and my room was clean and cozy. I stayed in one of the micro rooms which ended up perfect for me as a single traveler. I would for sure make sure you are aware of the size of the room you are staying in before you make your reservation. When I first went in my room it smelled very nice! I always worry about how rooms will smell, especially in smaller places. And it was also nice that it didn’t smell like a fragrance used to cover up smells. I was there for 4 nights and it smelled nice the whole time. Also the AC worked amazingly. It wasn’t very hot while I was there, but in the 70s and I have to sleep pretty cold. Overall I felt safe and the room was relatively quiet. You could occasionally hear the people in the room next to me but it was not bothersome. And one of the best parts is they actually have a fan in the bathroom! I plan on staying here whenever I’m traveling alone. You can’t beat the price of the micro rooms!

we have stayed here for years and it keeps getting better. We love the enclosed lawn and garden around the pool and hot tub with picnic benches and a BBQ,and the huge grass area to walk down to the river. It is pretty countryside but there is a gas station and grocery store almost next door and a pizza /draft beer restaurant a 5 minute walk away .20 minute walk to all the facilities of Winthrop historic western town. We were able to park our motorbike outside our window and our door opened to the lawn .The king room was lovely. We were allowed to check in early. There are bicycles available. The breakfast was better than ever.Granola, whole wheat bread to toast, waffles, yoghurt, peaches, cottage cheese, apple juice, real butter, scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravy.Welcoming, friendly reception.

Room was clean, hardwood floors, nicer tv. But the smell from the sink is bad. Never stayed anywhere that the shuttle was actually charged to my room. So really it's just a way to get an extra 8 bucks out of you. Pluses: the girl at front desk was nice, helpful, and the shuttle drivers both ways were pleasant. Minuses: loud road noise, smelly sewage smell from sink

Convenience location. Checked in was fast and easy. Nelly, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hotel is kinda outdated. It has swimming pool, however. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. AC was cool. No USB plugs though. If you stay more than 2 nights, housekeeper would knocked on door to ask if you need room to be cleaned, otherwise, they just replaced dirty towels or pickup trash. My biggest complaint was disposable utensils and breakfast choices. Very poor quality. Like other travelers commented on cheapest, flimsy utensils I have ever seen. Bread and Bagels didn't refill as needed, and it's just 7:30am. Not much of pastries or fruits either. Will choose other places next time when I'm in town.
Comfort Inn Lacey - Olympia

My family and I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Lacey, Washington. The hotel entrance is slightly hidden from the roadway. The room had wifi, television, air conditioning, and a television The room was clean and the hotel was tranquil to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable. My wife and I woke up feeling sore like we slept on the floor. The hotel placed vending machines across from the elevator door. I waited for someone to decide what he wanted from the vending machine as I was pushing a trolley with our luggage. The same issue occurred in the morning when I was trying to pack the car. My family and I reached the free breakfast within the designated time. The hotel employee appeared to have already placed food items away or the hotel didn't provide that much food for guests to eat. We appeared not to be only hotel guests that did not receive the free breakfast. There was another family and a hotel guest. The hotel guest asked the employee to replenish the eggs and sausage. The employee appeared not to honor the request even though we were all there before the breakfast closes at 9am. My wife and I went back to our room to eat a bowl of Cheerios we happened to have packed for our trip. We have stayed at seven hotels with a total of fifteen nights this year. The other hotels that offered free breakfast always replenished the food. My wife and I pick hotels that have a free breakfast. My suggestion if you stay at this hotel is to wake up by 6:30am when breakfast first opens if you want to get breakfast. We will be trying a different hotel in the Lacey, Washington area next time we visit due to this experience.
