Great customer service at front desk.

Had to book last minute and the location couldn’t be better! 10-15 min drive to Disney World! The owner wakes up early every morning to drive to Disney and picks up at end of the day!!! Great service and friendly employees at counter. Breakfast served early until 9:30 , the waffles were my fav! Poolside and laundry helped relax and stay busy during my last few days since Covid started shortly. Walking distance to Walmart and countless souvenir shops and dining places. Had great conversations with owner , Thank you for making my trip memorable! (Hope you’re all well , stay safe with time everything will be okay) good vibes from California ✨

It was amazing, we were only in for one night, but check in was smooth, the room was clean, cozy, and chic. We were able to do late check out and enjoy the breakfast in the morning with no rush. Overall 10/10 experience, would recommend and would go again.

The hotel is located between the center of miami and key west. The road is in front of the road and behind it is a small river. There are silvery fish and little jellyfish in the river. The room was clean and tidy, with a refrigerator, microwave oven, a good place to rest. There are many gas stations and supermarkets along Highway 1, and you don't have to worry about missing a gas station will make a big mistake as long as you have half a tank of gas.

In the evening, I met an alcoholic and knocked at the door. Basic American breakfast for breakfast, not very good. The location of the hotel is good, in the southernmost part of Florida, it is convenient to go to the Everglades Park

Breakfast is a typical American style. The hotel is convenient around. There are many choices for eating. It is suitable for children. The bed is big. There is a small lake next to the hotel. Fish food is also available. Children can feed fish. With parking, it is a good value for money hotel

We were here for 3 nights while visiting the Kennedy Space Center. Room was good and comfortable. Desk personnel were pleasant and helpful. They do have laundry facilities available that use a credit card for payment. We would return to this facility if in the area again.

Been to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away. The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool. When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter. The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks. Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

In reality a motel, of course quality, clean and new, but at $235 it's expensive (well ok we're on the keys) With a direct view of the overseas1, but you can't hear the traffic. As the OHwy1 on Key Largo is almost a commercial area for 50km, all the shops are nearby. Except if it is already dark and you want to see the landscapes (recommended) up to Key West, the question is why sleep in Key Largo, although mythically known?

4 stars. Great clean staff was friendly a little over priced we paid 158 plus resort fee and processing fee, if the price would have been a total 150 even would of been a great deal. No restaurant on property, no bar, and no security on property pillows in the room were terrible. On the good side friendly staff , updated, nice balcony comfy bed and very clean.

I checked in during the off-season and was upgraded to a room with a balcony. The yard and rooms look great, and the location is very convenient. But I didn’t expect that the old-fashioned window air conditioner was as loud as a tractor. It was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep at all one night~ The equipment in the old house has not been upgraded. If you want to sleep well, choose carefully.

A really nice place to stay. A quiet oasis although one minute from Duval Street and its bars and restaurants. The staff were great and happy hour with free wine and snacks was a great way to start the evening off and meet fellow travellers. The pool, hot tub and relaxation areas were always clean and inviting, would highly recommend.
