It's like a home stay in your ansestral house. its a short stay but I was able to rest well. Hopefully they'll get to change the Jurassic TV on some of their rooms. Cebu as it's finest!

This place is reasonable considering the price.   Advantages  1. affordable price  2. friendly staff 3. Hygiene conditions are clean.  disadvantage  1.The facility is too old.  2.The rooms are dark  3.The water doesn't come out really well. (The water pressure is too weak,  There are many times when water does not come out)  4. There are times when dogs threaten customers as they pass by.  5.  The air conditioner is weak compared to the room ※. However, the above can be understood to some extent when considering the price. However, if these matters are taken into consideration, customers will be able to travel more comfortably.

This house is beautiful in all its presentations. I want to list its advantages: 1) first of all, of course, you need to cancel the hosts (Nick and Raquel). Two incredibly kind, energizing people) they will tell you everything: where to eat, where to walk, where to go and what to see. 2) with such wonderful hosts, an equally wonderful team works harmoniously (Jappet, Avigail). The guys did not leave your side for a step during the entire vacation and also gave answers to many questions and helped with everything) 3) location. The place is located not far from the main bustle (20 minutes on foot, 5 on a tricycle or moped). But at the same time far enough so that it is quiet, calm, cozy. When you walk along Panaxama Beach, you will understand why it is better to live further away. 4) I can take you to the city on a tricycle, the owners also rent out mopeds (at a price several times lower than in the city) it doesn't get any cheaper. 5) you can also have breakfast at the hotel for an extra fee (delicious American breakfast with omelet, mango and bacon, toast) 6) has a swimming pool, clean, well-maintained, also open at night 7) the room was quite small, but at the same time had everything you need (especially air conditioning). The rooms are always clean, the bed linen is pleasant to the body, there is a basic set for taking a shower. 8) the atmosphere! What cozy and happy evenings we spent there! You can't imagine! And during our arrival, the neighbors coincided so much that we sat and could talk for hours with each other and with the owners! Everything is like home here: warm, soulful, atmospheric!! The bathroom would flood... The hallway smelled heavily of cooking smoke. The room was average. The airport shuttle bus can be booked directly by email, which is very convenient and very close to the airport! There is Starbucks across the street, so if you are worried about the food, you can have a safe choice😂

We had a lovely time staying at GT Seaside Inn. The staff were helpful with booking us onto tours and booking the ferry to Bohol. Rooms were clean and spacious with a very good air conditioning unit.

The transportation location is very good. It’s only a 10-minute walk from the pier~~ The service staff is also very enthusiastic and efficient, and the breakfast environment is good. We said we wanted to have dinner at 11 o’clock, and they were also able to accept it at 11:30~~ It’s also free The water can be bottled for drinking :) Highly recommended. The hot water in the shower where we stayed sometimes jumped out, and they took care of it immediately~

For toiletries, all they provided were a Toothbrush and toothpaste and I had to go out to get myself soap, shampoo and conditioner. There wasn't much to do in the immediate area but you rent a motorbike and move around the town on your own.

The host is a gentle and kind old couple. In the morning, they will prepare a hearty breakfast for guests, which is delicious and feels very warm. The owner is really kind and friendly. There are also comics drawn for them by Japanese tourists in the inn. They must be just like us. Feel their beauty and kindness! I wish the boss a healthy and happy family ❤️ Grandly recommend it to everyone!

It's really great. The location is not too out of the way. It takes 20 minutes to walk to the airport and 10 minutes to Alona Beach. The room is also very clean. It's pretty good among low-priced hotels. The service staff are neither humble nor overbearing and very friendly. . There is also a pretty nice swimming pool.

Had a nice stay here because of the peaceful location. Just be mindful of their time rules. Gate closes at 10pm and opens at 7.30am. Cannot go in or out of the accommodation unless someone is left behind to open the gate for you.

The room is comfortable. I would not call it an apartment as there is no kitchenette. The staff are friendly. The restaurant on-site serves good food and drink, but prices are too much.

Warm water came out and the wifi was not cut off and it was good to stay very well. There are many TV channels and the hotel location is good

It’s not a bad hotel, one of the few budget ones that has modern air conditioners, and not old “Boeing engines” (these monsters are still popular in the Philippines) 😄 it’s a pity that there is no cafe at the hotel, but you can easily find somewhere to eat nearby.

When you go there, be sure to ride a taxi caused the place is around a private area and there is a lot of dogs in the neighborhood. Some of their gates are open and dogs did came out. Inside the place is quite, good for sleeping. The food is great and the servings are big. Roads are accessible going in and out though narrow. A good place to stay, before heading out to the South of Cebu or visiting Magellans cross, Sto. Niño, Colon Street (oldest street in the Philippines), Tops, Temple of Leah, Malls, etc. Highly recommended.

We used the hotel as airport hotel before departing to the airport. The rooms were perfectly clean and offered enough space for three persons in a room. The staff in the hotel was exceptionally friendly and even did the airport transfer at 03:30 am by themselves. We can really advise the hotel.

Great for many occupants however few things are not in good quality others does not work. But the ambiance and place are quite perfect for couples who wants to have privacy matter. Over all, could be recommended to all.

Very nice and cozy hotel near the airport. Closed area, cottage, pool. Responsive and friendly staff, home environment, rabbits, paparazzi) Located at the end of a narrow street, not every taxi driver knows how to find it.

This place is fabulous. Staff is top notch, very friendly and helpful. Some of the best food I’ve had in the Philippines. Lovely place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite drink. Clean swimming pool with seating around. Library with plenty of reading material. Large ceiling fans and standing fans to keep you cool in the garden room while you eat or sit at the bar. Easy to get a grab ride to airport or shopping malls. Looking forward to my next stay.

Convenient location if you need to overnight close to the airport. The best of the hotel is the customer service. The are at your disposition before and during your stay (they helped me to find the best way to get to the hotel by email, some hotels don’t even answer). The room is correctly equipped and you can see the sheets and the towel have been just changed. The bed is not comfortable at all but that’s my opinion and after all the service is the most important for me. Being so cheap you’d brace yourself to see the crummiest hostel ever but this was not the case at all.
