As soon as my son and I arrived at Porto, we entered the accommodation and felt so good.
It was a very clean and pretty accommodation.
The location was so good that I walked to São Bento Train Station and the Dom Luis Bridge for sightseeing.
It was a very satisfactory stay as there were many restaurants and shopping centers near the accommodation.
Highly recommended!
Very beautiful apartments with the great location and wonderful stuff , who are working 24 hours, enjoyed a lot ! Nearby all tourists locations, big local market and shops! Will stay again and recommend to everyone !

Great location, walk 1 min to the river side. The room is super huge and cozy with good AC, I got a loft room which means the room is downstairs(not basement) but that's totally fine.
Only concern is that it's hard to find the entrance and their office however the staff is super nice and helpful. Give them a call or ask someone for help if you can't find it like me 😅.
I highly recommend it. Also the restaurant next to the hotel, very good food and The staff help me to confirm this hotel location.
Just under the Patriarch's Tower, it can be said that it is in the center of the ancient city. It is within a few hundred meters to walk to several key attractions, and it is rare that the lively house is quiet outside, all kinds of facilities are very complete, and there is no problem with laundry and cooking. Very recommended! However, parking in the old town of Porto is more expensive. If you drive by yourself, the nearest opposite parking lot will be 2.5 EUR for one hour. Cheap street parking is on the two roads of Rua das virtudes and Rua das Taipas (1.2 EUR for one hour during the day, but it will be re-introduced every two hours. Free on weekdays and evenings, free on weekends and 16-11).

Nice flat - clean, the bed could be a little bigger (and I thought the washing machine would be per flat but that’s my mistake) but overall really enjoyable and cannot recommend enough. They’ve been really efficient & helpful.

JJinwooOne of the Best Serviced Apartments We’ve Stayed At
This was easily the best serviced apartment we’ve stayed at recently. All the facilities were brand new, and the cleanliness—especially in the kitchen and bathroom—surpassed even some 4-star hotels. Everything we needed was provided, and the interior design was excellent. The bed was also very comfortable. Great location, great price, great amenities.
Here are a few potential downsides that might matter to some guests:
• The internet was very slow. The Wi-Fi signal on the second floor was the strongest, so we used that, but it was barely sufficient for even checking emails. It felt as if the connection was intentionally throttled. If you need stable internet for work, tethering through your phone might actually be faster.
• No elevator. Our unit was located on the second floor, and we had to carry about 30kg of luggage up the stairs ourselves. Even a small, old-fashioned lift would have been a huge help.
• Noise from upstairs. Although the apartment was newly renovated, the flooring is still the original wooden structure, so noise from the upper floor can be heard. We were tired enough to sleep through it with earplugs, but sensitive guests should take this into account. Booking the top-floor unit might solve this issue, though that means climbing even more stairs.
• Early check-in confusion. We had requested an early check-in, but it wasn’t communicated properly. As a result, we had to drop off our luggage at the YOUROPO office, which is about a 6–7 minute walk from the apartment. I wonder if we could’ve left our luggage directly at the property if the message had gone through properly—perhaps someone from the team could clarify?
Despite these minor issues, I would still give this property a full 5 stars. If we visit Porto again, YOUROPO will be at the top of our list.
EEmilyI recently spent four nights at Aparthotel Oporto Sol, and while my stay was overall okay, it came with a few drawbacks.
First, the location is a bit outside the main area of Porto, which required some extra effort to get into the heart of the city. While the surroundings were quiet and less crowded, I did find myself relying on public transport or taxis more than I would have liked.
One of the main issues was the absence of air conditioning in the bedroom. During my stay, the temperatures were warm, and it made things uncomfortable at night. Opening the windows was not an option due to the presence of mosquitoes outside, which meant I struggled to find a comfortable sleeping temperature.
On the positive side, the apartment itself was spacious and generally clean. The amenities were adequate for my needs, and the staff was friendly and helpful, albeit a few blocks over. I appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare some of my own meals during my stay.
In summary, while my stay at Aparthotel Oporto Sol had its merits, the lack of air conditioning and its location outside the main area impacted my overall experience. If you're sensitive to heat or prefer to be in the city center, you may want to consider other options. Otherwise, it serves as a decent accommodation for those seeking a quieter spot.
RRomstarJust far enough from the busy crowded spots to feel peaceful, yet close enough to walk and or catch many different forms of transport.
We booked planning to use the Sauna and Spa after a busy days sight seeing. Unfortunately they had time Limits that didnt allow such comfort, but that just made us do more in gorgeous Porto itself. The garden are well kept, a lovely, and not so small, green space to sit and enjoy the sunshine.
Ana checked us in, she was wonderfully fun and full of so much helpful Information!! She gave us a fantastic, if not a little too ambitious itinerary for our short visit. And not one piece of advice Was wrong! Thankyou!!
The apartments are nice, they have a warm grounding vibe. Everything Was comfortable except our bed, but that is always relative to who's sleeping in it.
Well equipped for short stays, extra kitchen Equipment was available on request. But theres too many delicious options practically on your doorstep. We barely Even had coffee in our room.
I would gladly return and stay at Apartments Oporto Anselmo again. And recommend
GGuest UserGood location and local to main high street with lots of cafes and restaurants - new decor and friendly service with daily cleaning (just remember to put the sign to clean)
Location is centre of all the key attractions and amenities so easy for you to walk around to all areas
Lots of space with kitchen to cook if needed
Overall great stay and will come back!
BBitartBeautifully simple suite with a kitchen that saved me money by having all that I needed to make my meals in my own place. Daily cleaning meant I didn't even have to do the dishes. The service here was fantastic, although it would have been helpful to know not to show up at the apartments, but their main desk which was 2 blocks away. This could be clarified in the booking instructions next time. Location is only a 7min walk from the train station. 15 min from the old town center with a small supermarket just 3 blocks away. Check-in was fast, as well as check-out. Secure code to open the main door to the building, with elevator or stairs too.
AAnonymous UserGood location and comprehensive facilities. Close to the airport, next to a restaurant and REWE supermarket. You can buy some ingredients from the supermarket and process them in the kitchenette of the room, which is especially convenient. The double bed is very wide and comfortable. Satisfied in all aspects!
JJustine PgntrIncredible stay in the famous city of Porto. The Guest House is perfectly located close to all amenities, ideal for walking around the city. The staff is super welcoming and professional. A quality and complete breakfast to start the day. Spacious, clean, uncluttered and perfectly soundproofed room.
SSHINHYUNALocation is really nice and near to Ben Santo Station. but the light is too dark in the room and not that clean include the shower booth. I could not open the terrace window because there is homeless in front of the building. Another thing is the host. I was looking for the wine opener but there wasn't. I called to host and he just said please re-find wine opener again and again. Even already I searched the opener several time. He ended up not bringing me a wine opener or giving me any feedback about it.
AAriaGreat location, walk 1 min to the river side. The room is super huge and cozy with good AC, I got a loft room which means the room is downstairs(not basement) but that's totally fine.

I highly recommend it. Also the restaurant next to the hotel, very good food and The staff help me to confirm this hotel location.
GGuest UserAccomodation looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and quiet. Location is very central and right by the metro entry. Kitchen is well equipped for two and couple complementary coffee pods for first day use. Only thing to improve is the washing machine/dryer could be more powerful as it took a few hours to dry off the wash load. Also building is a block away from the reception so a bit of hassle to go to the office for the laundry room key there and back for each use.
