Great value! It's incredibly convenient to walk everywhere, with the pier just a 12-minute stroll away. Plus, it comes with a private bathroom. Some folks might complain about minor things, but you can't expect the world. The room is clean, the bathroom is fully equipped for showering, and you can even dry clothes on the second floor. Honestly, what more could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's a mere 3-minute walk to Wangwang Suduowu, 3 minutes to KFC, and there's a small supermarket right in front of the hotel, about 10 meters away. I genuinely think it's a fantastic spot!
We used the Grap app for taxis in Semporna because Q3 INN HOTEL wasn't listed on the Grap map yet since it only opened last October. So, you could choose Grace Hotel or BaWang ChaJi, as they're only about 20 meters away – very close.
The hotel offers free instant noodles, snacks, and drinks. There's a coffee machine providing free coffee and hot water. We're health-conscious, so we brought our own water bottles to use the hot water provided.
The hotel is very close to the Longmen Guesthouse pier, a 7-8 minute walk. You can see the pier from your room balcony.
The hotel facilities are all new, but there's no renovation smell, which is great. The owner is very dedicated to running the business. Thumbs up! 👍 Staying here...
There's a seafood restaurant downstairs. My friend and I ate there for several nights in a row. Yes, it's seafood! Next door is a place selling black thorn durian, which is also incredibly delicious and authentic.
On the day we left, I left my water bottle at the hotel, and the owner happened to be flying back to Guangzhou that evening at 7:00 PM. They even delivered my water bottle to the airport! I was so touched. Even after I went through security and was at the check-in counter, the owner contacted security staff to open the glass door and hand me my little blue collapsible water bottle. Super NICE ❤️
My friend and I stayed for three nights. On our last night, we went to the bar downstairs at the hotel 🍷 and listened to locals sing Mandarin songs.
It was quite nice.
The only downsides might be that the toothbrushes were a bit soft, the air conditioner would be better with a wind shield, and the rooms near the road could have better soundproofing. Also, having more clothes hangers would be very convenient, as we went out to sea every day and needed to dry clothes. Laundry detergent was also a concern; I brought a small bottle, but it ran out, and they only had laundry powder.
In short: My friend said this place is the best value for money. We originally planned to stay in a water villa on Mataking Island, but we ended up staying at this hotel by chance. It was great. Highly recommended 😎 👍👍
Affordable. The price suits the stay. The beds are ok. Towels provided. Only that the heater is making an irritable sound when in use. Overall, i would rate it 6.5 out of 10.
Booking the airport pick-up was convenient; it dropped us right at the hotel entrance. Check-in required a 50 MYR cash deposit. The hygiene was acceptable, and it wasn't expensive for a one-night stay, offering good value for money. It's about a 10-minute walk from the pier. However, there were a lot of dogs in the surrounding area, and they were very noisy late at night, constantly barking. There were even dogs running around on the roof (a flat roof), which made it hard to sleep. The staff were very friendly. Overall, it's a hotel with good value for money.
I am really satisfied with the environment of the room. Because the room faces the garden, there are some bugs outside, so the door gap is taped to prevent the bugs from getting in. You can smoke as soon as you go out the door. But there is no kettle, and you have to go to the kitchen water dispenser to get water. Although it is close to the roadside, it is in the suburbs and is quite quiet at night.
A deposit is required. I didn't have 100 Malaysian ringgits at the time, so I could use RMB, but I received two.
The location of the room is very good, near the pier in Semporna, very convenient, the room bathroom is large, the water pressure is sufficient, but the room is relatively small, the most disgusting is that the pillows and quilts and sheets smell bad, I don't know how long it has not been replaced, and later I found a staff to replace it.
The boss is super super nice, I regretted that I booked for two nights, because I watched the netizen said that there was no hot water bath, no air conditioning. But there are really, I must clarify for the boss 😃
The environment is really good, very quiet, it is not an alarm clock that wakes me up every morning, but 🐵 monkey, very original, luck is not bad, saw the monkey, in the evening, walking downstairs is very cool and comfortable, when leaving, drop things in the hotel. The boss sent it again the next day, thank you very much. The boss's Chinese is also very good, there are also two free deliveries to the town a day, so the distance is really not a problem. In short, strong call!!!!
I m satisfied stay at this Guest house everything just around the corner. The host and staff are very friendly. Will stay here in future and would reccomend To friends and relative. Thank you

MM28293****The room was clean, very clean. The air conditioner and bathroom were also very clean. Two people cleaned, and the sheets were changed immediately after each person left. The location is convenient for island hopping, about 800 meters away.

RrayyanarFor me, its really worth the money! The location is good. Near to all needed spot. With breakfast. Breakfast not so fancy but the choice tasty enough for me as a local traveller. The cleanliness also satisfied. The room not so small. Just good for 2 people with king bed. Love love love. Will repeat again.
GGuest Uservery convenient in terms of location. rate per night is also reasonably affordable. friendly and helpful staff. cleanliness is very good. room is quite spacious. facilities is good. only have to walk up the stairs for those with luggage is quite a hassle. overall is really recommended.
MM293545****Let me show you the boss’s kittens. I came to Semporna to compare many hotels. I decided to book this hotel one day in advance. The proprietress was very good. The room was very clean. Damn, the public stairs were reflective, and although in the town, it was absolutely safe. There is a door downstairs. There's a door upstairs, you can't get in without a card.
In short, it is very recommended. I am very sad to leave today. I can't bear the proprietress here. The processing shop downstairs is very clean. The diving instructor is also very good. The staff on the yacht is also very good. Come back next year after the New Year hahaha

GGuest UserThe location is in the center, everything is nearby. Quite clean. With registration, service without problems. But the room was without windows, very small, with a terrible smell of mold that did not disappear overnight. Hard beds, no interior, a window into the corridor where the light was on all night. Reminds me of a free hospital in remote regions. We slept very poorly. Breakfast is symbolic: noodles, eggs and tea, coffee. The next day we moved to a real comfortable hotel with a good breakfast and significantly cheaper.
