New hotel. The room is small but clean with comfortable bed. It was quiet even though it was full house. Door beeps when not closed properly. Friendly staff. It is a convenient location. Two malls within walking distance. Ample choice for food. Two disadvantages in the room. The bathroom. One shower will wet the whole bathroom which makes the tile very slippery. There is no chair in the room. I have to stand when needed to do some work on my laptop. I had to place the laptop on a high platform, about waist height. Would recommend a simple high chair.

Very very satisfied, very good! I went to Menalisa after listening to the false advertisements on the Internet. It was really rubbish, broken, rotten, and the service was terrible. The waiter didn't even lock the door for the guests after cleaning! ! I was so angry that I checked out and then found a random one! I didn't have much hope at first, thinking it wouldn't be very good. As a result, after checking in, I found that I was very very satisfied. It was very good. The room was large, with a private balcony where you could see the sea, the toilet was clean and tidy, and disposable supplies were very complete. There was a TV 📺 and a safe in the room! And there was drinking water, a refrigerator, and a lot of bottled water in the living room on the second floor, which was very generous! It was impossible to ask for an extra bottle of water in Menalisa, and it was not given at all. It was rubbish! The gate requires a password to enter, which is really safe compared to Menalisa's casual entry and exit! The front desk can also weigh the luggage. For those who take AirAsia, I ask you if you like it! Hahaha Even the sockets are well made for you, which touched me! Really, compared with Menalisa, this is heaven! Although I only stayed for one night, it left me with wonderful memories. I am grateful to the owner for his hard work. It is really a very conscientious hotel and worth staying in! Warm, clean and full of sincerity!

The hotel is OK for a short stay, but nothing I would like for a 2 weeks vacation. The rooms are clean. We had two rooms for us 3 people - one room was bigger but without window, another was quite small, but with window. The location of the hotel is quite central, the only weird thing was that we wanted to order a Grab from this place in front and the drivers several times wanted to charge extra 20 MYR to pick up (despite in the application it was 10 MYR), so we walked a bit and ordered from there. I liked the staff at Memory Boutique, they were really friendly and helpful - unlike many other people we met on our trip in Semporna. In my room there was a quite strong smell (I guess someone smoked out of the window before), that was a bit annoying but I still could handle it. Bathroom was clean and looked nice. Overall good choice for a short stay in Semporna.

The boss is super super nice, I regretted that I booked for two nights, because I watched the netizen said that there was no hot water bath, no air conditioning. But there are really, I must clarify for the boss 😃 The environment is really good, very quiet, it is not an alarm clock that wakes me up every morning, but 🐵 monkey, very original, luck is not bad, saw the monkey, in the evening, walking downstairs is very cool and comfortable, when leaving, drop things in the hotel. The boss sent it again the next day, thank you very much. The boss's Chinese is also very good, there are also two free deliveries to the town a day, so the distance is really not a problem. Wonderful stay for a short trip during my stay at Airdence. Walking distance to the imago mall and lots of restaurant nearby. Excellent host, very friendly and very good in communication. They even provide microwave in the room and water dispenser at their lounge. Thank you.

Stayed at Semporna Haifeng Hotel for one night and moved over for 3 nights. The room is small and the bathroom is large. The furnishings in the room are simple, but the bed and pillows are very comfortable to sleep. The inn is in an excellent location, very close to the meeting point of the lazy cat island hopping tour. Several seafood shops with net red check-in are nearby. The boss is a Malay overseas Chinese, helpful, good communication, and can give you many good suggestions for local travel.
