Extremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed. My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good. Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar.

The rooms and front desk are all on the second floor with no elevator. There's a luggage lift, but guests have to climb the stairs, which is very inconvenient if you have mobility issues. The headboard partition is very low, and I bumped my head twice. I'm not sure if it's because the room is large, but it was very cold even wearing a single-layer pajama. The shower water pressure was very low and turned cold after about 10 minutes. The bathroom isn't separated wet from dry, and the drain was slow, taking ages to clear. The soundproofing isn't great; I was woken up by a group of people talking in the hallway late at night. For over 400 yuan, it feels overpriced, especially since the ski rental hall in the West District was closed, and it's quite a distance to the East District.

The vanity light above the sink wasn't bright enough; I couldn't see properly to shave, and it appeared to be broken. The bathroom exhaust fan also didn't work when switched on, suggesting it was faulty as well. I tried calling to report these problems but couldn't find any contact numbers. After some difficulty, I finally located the reservation line, but my calls went unanswered. I hope the hotel conducts more frequent and thorough maintenance checks. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.

In the morning, it is very convenient to go out directly in snow clothes and go to the snow field shuttle for 10 minutes. The boss himself has been a skiing boss in more than 30 countries. There is not much to say, but he is very responsible. I came back from Hemu at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night. The boss is still waiting to give me the room card, which is reassuring! Don't ask, ask is the person who loves snow field very much, live super happy!

The hotel is outside the scenic area, but it offers views of Sai Lake. The young man at the front desk helped me open a blind box and turned it into a lakeside cabin, and even provided breakfast. To make matters worse, the weather was perfect – I got to see both the stars and the sunrise! Thank you ❤️ (The sunrise was on the mountain to the left of the hotel). The room had heating, air conditioning, and a humidifier, making it perfect for autumn and winter. The breakfast was a very generous Chinese-style meal! After breakfast, you can go hiking in the pine forest.

Walking distance from Diwopu T3 terminal and airport metro station. Have to pass through a tunnel. A few food outlets nearby. Provide free dropoff to airport.

Health details are in place, the bedding is comfortable, the front desk responds quickly, solves the problem in a timely manner, and has a good stay experience

When traveling to southern Xinjiang, I chose this B&B. The most unique thing about this hotel is that each room is named after a small country in the Western Regions in history. The owner obviously put his best efforts into it. The wallpaper and floor tiles in the room also have a Western style. It’s great to walk around in southern Xinjiang, where more ethnic characteristics are preserved, and experience different cultural customs.

The bathroom is too small, the sink is too narrow, the bath is not good, the water will be licked out from the door. The room is not soundproof. The quilt cover is not clean, it is black anyway. Fortunately, there is a nearby train, I checked out early.
