GGuest UserThis place was excellent! It's very conveniently located near the entrance to the Terracotta Warriors. The owner was incredibly hospitable, and our room was quiet. Traveling with children meant we needed to air dry a lot of clothes, and the facilities here made that very convenient. When there was a slight mix-up with our laundry, the owner happily resolved it without any fuss. Following the owner's recommendation, we drove just a few minutes to a local food street where prices were very reasonable, and the barbecue was absolutely delicious. Even though the weather was hot and the Terracotta Warriors were crowded, the private guide we hired was very responsible and thorough, even pointing out great spots for photos along the way. This was our first time in Xi'an, and we truly felt the warmth and hospitality of the local people. It's a shame we missed the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' show, but we'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

GGuest UserWe took the high-speed rail from Jingzhou, Hubei to the hotel where we stayed on the first night in Huashan, preparing to climb Huashan the next morning. The hotel is very close to Yuquanyuan, the starting point of the hiking trip, about a five-minute walk away. The shop owner was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to introduce the precautions for mountain climbing and told me where to have a cheap breakfast.

SSteven DowsonStayed two nights in twin room, wanted a double but none available at time of booking. Perfect location a few minutes drive from the highway and west entrance to Huashan where the managers dropped us off and picked us up on the day of our visit. Parking available in front of hotel. Rooms are simple but very clean & comfortable, we liked the water dispenser providing hot & room temperature water, good to see a Chinese hotel thinking about the environment. We stayed on the first floor which is very tastefully decorated (see photo). Shower was not always hot, but that's our only quibble with this hotel that provides excellent value for money. We ate twice in the restaurant, the food is also good value and there's cold beer in the fridge. We had a takeaway breakfast of eggs and youtiao. One warning to Huashan visitors - check the forecast! We were lucky but it started raining heavily the night after our visit and Huashan closes when the weather is bad. Highly recommend this hotel because of the location and very helpful staff. My wife is Chinese so communication not a problem, other foreigners with little or no Chinese would need to use a translate app.

Mmarcus meyerfirst check in experience was fast and friendly. the family running it are helpful, the rooms are clean,everything works fine. the bed was comfy too. there a supermarket downstairs and more options just a few hundret meters east with more shops and restaurants. generally that location is a bit off, but convenient for taking the train. 2nd part of the checkin process was the police showing up, asking for my passport, as they were not familiar with my permanent resident card. the talk was done within five minutes, leaving them empty handed. this had nothing to do with the hotel, so I'd still recommend it if this location is on your route/you want to get to the nearby station.

GGuest UserThe host family at the B&B was incredibly warm, genuine, and always happy to answer any questions. We arrived quite late, and they recommended some great spots to eat in town. The next morning, they even drove us to the Terracotta Army parking lot. They generously upgraded us to a family suite free of charge. The following day, understanding my elderly father needed to rest, they graciously extended our check-out. Encountering such kind and thoughtful hosts when traveling truly feels like a special connection, and it left us with a wonderfully warm feeling.

TTATIANAThe room is clean and spacious. The hosts are very friendly. Everything was explained before our hike to Mount Huashan. They gave me a map of the mountain and hiking gloves. They took me right to the entrance of the tourist center. You can order breakfast. I had noodles with egg and tomato, it was very tasty. Номер чистый, просторный. Хозяева очень приветливые. GGuest UserWe really enjoyed our stay in this hotel: the receptionist was very helpful, the apartment was clean, and we even got souvenirs. The location is amazing, near the Great mosque and a street food district. The real rooms interior matches the hotel description. I especially liked the pillows decoration. The washing machine is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, but you can ask for help. The area is under video surveillance, very safe and quiet. The window view might not be amazing, but we were away all day anyway. Highly recommending!
