This time I was traveling and stayed at this hotel recommended by a friend. The room was very nice and the attitude of the service staff was also very good. It was very nice. I will come back next time.

Great location, amazing staff
From walking through the door you well welcomed, amazing staff, super helpful I requested some dining locations in where they said they would walk me around the corner to personally show my options, never had that ever in traveling. The bar and restaurant staff were perfect. The location was great for walking. I read the reviews prior to going so I have to agree that the room was super small, but clean, comfortable and well appointed. I was by myself with just a carry on so it was fine for me, if I had larger luggage and another person with me it would have been another story. Note there is a hub for trains just to the side of the building, so like others it is loud and goes on forever, did not effect my stay but I could see how others would be not happy with it. Overall I loved it

The best location in town is, of course, the...Mandarin Oriental, which opened just one year ago. The hotel is both chic and contemporary, with a rather intimate ambience. I loved the lounge area, where the happy few come for an afternoon coffee or an evening aperitif.... Zurich at last has a palace of international stature, injecting a little competition into the local luxury hotel scene, which has been a little sleepy since...
