The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. They even provided a Japanese explanation sheet so I had no problems. Both the breakfast (free) and dinner (19.5CHF) were delicious and I was very satisfied.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Sheets were clean and there was a washing basin in the room. For shower and toilet you need to go outside to the shared bathroom. Breakfast was nice and there were a lot of choices. Basically that was a nice stay and I will recommend friend to try.

Is kinda hard to walk from the train station with luggages. Overall, the hostel is a nice place to stay with spacious common area, free luggage storage, friendly staffs, simple but tasty breakfast

I choose the single room and it is spacious. There is a bus stop nearby to take you to the main city . Breakfast closed sharp at 930am so if you are late they wont bother you. Tram station is just 9 min walk. Overall ok for staying there before heading to airport

The breakfast was very delicious and gave me a taste of Switzerland. The place was very clean and well-maintained. Above all, I was impressed by how kind the staff were. When I couldn't lock my locker because I didn't have any cash, they lent me some coins and gave me very detailed instructions on how to sightsee and buy tickets. Thanks to them, I was able to enjoy my trip to Switzerland very much. If I have the opportunity to go to Switzerland again, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.
