Beautiful hotel, superbly located. We walked from here to most of the places we wanted to visit and only a short step to trams if you need them. Breakfast was well presented and plentiful. Room amenities were spot on.

The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is spacious, with a separate shower room and bathtub, the breakfast coffee downstairs is delicious, and it is very convenient to go shopping in the center of the pedestrian street. The disadvantage is that the door is too small and the view outside the window is average.

Centrally located near to the "Altstadt (old town) and an abundance of restaurants and bars. Close to the river, museums, Cathedral and churches. Comfortable rooms - we stayed on two separate nights - spotlessly clean, good breakfast choice, toiletries provided and some of the friendliest most welcoming staff you could meet. If you are going to Zurich then this hotel is definitely one to consider. Not readily accessible by car so use public transport or taxi, but that would be the only slight negative about this hotel.

Quaint property nestled in a fabulous shopping area with plenty of dining options. 6 minute tram ride from the central train station. Walking distance to all sights.

The hotel’s location is fantastic, and the staff are friendly and responsive. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working during my stay, and the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
