Before checking in everything seemed ok.. communication with customer service was easy and they answered... after checking in the discovery, old and dirty building, apartment no less indeed, dirty walls, broken window, and last but not least dirty bathroom of sh*t... not to mention the shower curtain worthy of a horror movie motel. I decided not to say anything about the condition of the apartment and contact customer service to have the possibility of parking by paying obviously... they told me that they needed the license plate and my data, I responded by communicating my data, but from then on no more response, neither to emails nor phone calls. Result I had to leave the car in the nearest car nursery which cost me double the hotel. But as they say, it always rains on the wet, in the evening as soon as I returned to the apartment, I get under the horror shower and there is not even hot water. Terrible. So my advice: listen to the many negative reviews and choose another structure.
