位置就在蘇黎世火車總站出來幾步路。酒店就在繁忙的大街上，很熱鬧，很多餐廳超市購物商場。不遠就是大教堂和蘇黎世湖泊。

酒店離蘇黎世主火車站非常近，步行3分鐘可達，酒店外觀蠻漂亮，還插着瑞士國旗
設施：有點年頭的酒店了，設施有點老舊，但保養得不錯，走廊裏的佈置還是很有格調的
衞生：整體衞生情況還不錯
環境：對面出來走一點就是火車站，旁邊有個麥當勞解決了早餐，還有一個Coop也很近
服務：床頭放了一塊巧克力，退房後寄放3行李，前台服務比較熱情，英語也很標準

Switzerland suppose to be the best hospitality country in the world , but how come the front desk staff is so rule with no responsibility and very bad service ever .
Many complain from the customer about the Aircon and room no hygiene the floor are so dirty make my daughter allergic and bleeding nose .
We pay 500$ room with no Aircon and use Fan . Oh my god 😳😳😳😳😱😱😱😱

No aircon. Or supposed to have air con but not working. Room is very hot. Low water pressure. Small room. Location is great, very close to train station.
