Hotel St.Gotthard Reviews

Switzerland suppose to be the best hospitality country in the world , but how come the front desk staff is so rule with no responsibility and very bad service ever . Many complain from the customer about the Aircon and room no hygiene the floor are so dirty make my daughter allergic and bleeding nose . We pay 500$ room with no Aircon and use Fan . Oh my god 😳😳😳😳😱😱😱😱

Excellent location and friendly staff makes you feel welcome. Near to train station so easy access on metro and trams. Main Zurrich attractions within walking distance

No aircon.  Or supposed to have air con but not working.  Room is very hot.  Low water pressure.  Small room.  Location is great, very close to train station.

Great locations and easy to find everything with public transportation

Not recommended. No air conditioning during the two nights that I stayed. And the room that I checked in smelled like **** (literally) and even the housekeeping person who happened to be there suggested me to change to another room (and they did change for me). Location is the only good aspect of this hotel (very close to train station)

Awesome stay and great location close to Zurich HB and shopping area well connected with Trams for transportation. The staffs are all nice from checking in to check out

The location is great but rooms are very small and the hotel looks very run down. My room had no flush water and no shower water.

The hotel is well maintained and centrally located. Very near to the main Zurich train station which is great, especially if you visit Zurich on Sunday. Because everything is closed except stores in the main station.

The Hotel is very situated within the heart of Zurich, well within walking distance from the train station.

Very good location very near Zurich HB and shopping street. Have restaurant and supermarket around. Room is clean.

Hotel location is very very good, just along the famous Bahnhofstasse, and only 2 mins walk to Zurich train station. Staff were excellent. Rooms are clean.
