I really liked this Hotel and felt super comfortable. The room was nice and yes we did comment on the small windows but no biggie. The breakfast was awesome, the tram is really close, you can see it from the hotel and the lobby and bar area is cozy and you can view the river, which is right next to that area. Overall I thought this hotel was excellent and do recommend it.

Had a great stay at The Home Hotel Zurich! Completely new hotel with a good transportation link to the city center. Perfect breakfast with multiple options (I always appreciate salmon and hummus availability), a very very cool design of the hotel in general. You’ll want to make pictures in every corner. Definitely recommend!

Convenient location. Nice clean modern hotel, but my room window showed only the concrete wall of the building front of us, in the mall. Therefore i hated waking up and not see any daylight, not knowing what kind of weather outside. As Elite member, You get no feelings of hotel being part of Bonvoy and no specific attention to its loyal members. As an Ambassador status, ( means 100+ nights a year) i was disappointed to get probably the smallest room & not even being asked how was my stay at the end. Overall service, below average. Few extra smiles to customers wouldn’t hurt. Unless there will be an assurance that i will get a room on other side with windows with daylight, probably i will not return.

Ob die Einrichtung gefällt oder nicht, ist Geschmacksache. Ich hatte mit dem sehr kleinen Fenster so meine Mühe. Auch dass man den Lichtschalter beim Lavabo, das sich übrigens im Zimmer befindet, nur nach mühsamer Suche findet, ist mir noch nie passiert. Dass ich aber den TV nicht bedienen konnte, konnte die Lautstärke nicht einstellen und auch die Senderwahl funktionierte nicht, esr mehr als ungewöhnlich. Habe gute zehn Minuten mit der Fernbedienung gekämpft, alle möglichen Untermenüs abgesucht, konnte aber weder die Sender ansteuern noch die Lautstärke verändern. An sich müsste eine Fernbedienung easy zu bedienen sein ... Die Küche und das Frühstücksbüffet sind gut bis sehr gut.

Good size room and comfortable. The location was great - very easy to reach by tram and in a nice district right next to modern shopping centre with lots of amenities. I booked via *********** and had some issues in receiving the codes for check in via email - but there was an online chat available that helped me to sort it. Recommend booking direct to avoid this. Great value for Zurich and a nice walk from the property to the old town - but if you're looking for somewhere more in the old town itself, this isn't the best option.

The super comfortable hotel, the perfect location, next to a mall and 2 minutes from the station and the tram. The price was quite good for Zurich and the type of room where there were 4 beds and two bathrooms. I would go back without a doubt. Super clean but what I did not like is that there is no staff to talk to for check-in, which is a bit tedious having to send a key that takes time to retrieve the key and there is nowhere to leave the luggage in custody. For that alone I am deducting a star.

I stayed there for business for 2 nights. The automatic check-in was terrible, as the email with the code for the box holding the roomkey never arrived. Had to use their chatbot for a while in order to get this code. Once in the room, I noticed there was no soap, no shower gel and no shampoo. Chatbot again saying that they have nothing at the hotel and that I should wait until the next day...I finally managed to switch to a room with soap and shower gel, after wasting so much time. Hence, I will certainly never return to this place and never recommend it to anyone...
