You never knew whether the air conditioner was on or not, totally no signal to show. When I asked a fan, it’s out. Built on the side of railway, but super silent in the room.

It woow experience
The hotel was perfect choice for me and my family and all facilities were of high quality. The transportation rt was easy to reach to and from center.
I recommend to stay here as prices were reasonable.

Hotel was near Zurich Altstetten station, which can be accessed from Zurich HB by S-Bahn. Some mainline trains also stop here. Property is new by Europe standards. Front desk staff is courteous and helpful. Room is ok though the aircon/ventilation wasn’t sufficient. Overall decent experience.

Stayed at the branch in Japan. Very similar. Lovely room designs good location to train station and very good service. There is a supermarket just outside the hotel. Super convenient. Enjoyed my stay here. The hotel also smells really good lol

A very easily accessible and comfortable hotel. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the check in was an easy experience. The rooms look new and are decent in size with clean bathrooms. There’s a big supermarket closeby.

One of the worse hotels I’ve ever been. Not clean , far from city center, On the first day I asked them to have room clean every day but after two days of stay I didn’t have any.. then I asked them again and someone finally came and cleaned so basic !! They also didn’t charge one time use bath staff like shower cap and …
