The location is really good and the hotel staff are very helpful. The quality and selection of breakfast were average.
The room was well heated and well equipped but if you wanted more mineral water you had to pay for it or buy it outside.

The hotel is located in the center of the old town. The hotel building is very beautiful. The room is relatively small, but it is still warm and comfortable. The old town of Zurich is not big, and you can walk to all major attractions. It is just a right turn from the Bahnhofstrasse, a famous shopping street in Europe.
