房間乾淨整潔衞生舒適，最滿意的就是電源插座配備齊全，除了瑞士標準插座之外還有歐標插座，並且瑞標插座不是那種凹坑型的，非常方便轉接各類插頭，見圖九。房間有電水壺。
酒店位置離火車站和老城區以及湖邊等景區相對稍遠，但公交來回也非常方便，3路軌道公交車可以來回酒店與火車站（公交車站位置出酒店大門左拐步行七、八分鐘），2路軌道公交車可以前往老城區、班霍夫大街、蘇黎世湖邊等景區（公交車站位置出酒店門大門右拐步行三、四分鐘內，見圖七、八）。
酒店早餐還不錯，豐盛美味。
辦理入住時需要刷信用卡凍結擔保按金，每間房150瑞郎，城市税每人每晚3.5瑞郎。

離火車站打車大約十幾分鍾，蘇黎世打車非常非常貴，建議乘坐公共交通，地段不是特別好，不過提供一次性拖鞋

An absolutely stunning stay! The modern room was beautiful and the balcony offered a breathtaking, picturesque landscape. I loved the variety at breakfast, and the staff went above and beyond by offering a complimentary local beer at checkout. A wonderful touch!

Clean and comfortable. Lifts slow and cramped. Husband nearly knocked out by revolving door at entrance on arrival. Staff moderately accommodating to needs. Good location.

入住時刷了預售，説是衹凍結保證金，但銀行賬單是扣款消費。第二天退房時説扣除城市税後保證金會返還，10天過去了都沒收到退款。
兩位前台報的停車費不一樣，所以收多少是他們自己決定的？
房間超級小，接近日本的酒店大小了。
早餐種類很多，但除了煎蛋，其他全都不走心。不如小鎮的b&b，根本不值皇冠的品牌和價格。

We booked two rooms and requested for connecting rooms ten days prior to our arrival. Happy to hear the email response by the hotel but the hotel reception staff did nothing for our request. Poor hotel management and customer service by the hotel of IHG!!!
