Crowne Plaza Zurich, an IHG Hotel

The shower room only has a glass, so it is easy for the shower water to stay outside. There is only one paper towel in the room, and it is gone after one is taken. The cleaner opened our door twice around 10 o'clock in the morning. If I remember correctly, it should be 12 o'clock to check out. We booked two nights under different names, and the front desk said that we could check again the next day. When we went out, we hung a sign to clean the room, but the waiter didn't clean it at all, didn't put water, didn't put paper towels, and didn't take out the garbage. The location is relatively remote. It takes 30-40 minutes to go to the airport and train station by public transportation. It takes 30 Swiss francs and 20 minutes to take a taxi to the airport. The breakfast is not bad, the front desk is also good, but everything else is not good!
