Excellent location, just steps from the lake and close to the city center and market. The hotel is new and clean, and most importantly, the air conditioning is great for summer (I've tried it before). The service is excellent and the place is quiet.

The Ambassador is a newly renovated hotel just off the lake in Zurich. Old town and shopping just minutes away. Train station and tour busses a 30-minute walk Staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable and clean. WiFi didn't work but got a passcode for the business WiFi instead. Television also had some issues (kept rebooting). But, we chalk that up to a new place. Everything else was great!

貼心送了紀念日蛋糕，感覺很暖心。就是酒店沒有停車場，停車要停公共停車場，沒有代客泊車，也沒有門僮幫忙提行李，不太方便；酒店除了房間和一個西餐廳，基本沒有其他設施，性價比不高。

Loved staying at the Ambassador Hotel during our visit to Zurich. Our room was neat, clean, and had wonderful amenities. The hotel staff were so attentive and helped us make dinner reservations for the night of our arrival. One of the front desk staff even planned a walking tour for us through the old city.
