Wi-Fi cannot be connected. The platform contacted the hotel customer service but no one responded, and even after four days of stay there was no reply. The scale in the hot water kettle looks scary, so I don't dare to boil hot water. There is a shoe print on the sofa. The only good thing is that it is close to the train station.

the location is 20 minutes tram from zurich HB, it is a studio with kitchen, bathroom, microwave, and refrigerator. it does not have air conditioner. and the front desk is usually not available. it is a large room. the only thing is the air conditioner, but the day I stay is not really hot

Booked apartment for 2 days. A few days before, an email arrived warning us that due to "water problems" they were moving us to another location, in Gubelstrasse. They gave us an apartment without doing any cleaning! Mattress without sheets and with stains, dirt on the floor, pillows without pillowcases and very dirty. All under the stairs attached to the laundry room which always makes noise. Upon our protests and requests for other accommodation, they told us quite annoyed that they were full and had nothing else. Thanks to the intervention of *********** they sent a team of 4 maids (very kind and good) who cleaned everything and put clean towels and sheets. But now we no longer felt like staying. In the end, after I had put the keys in the check out box, I received a message that they couldn't find them and to send PROOF that I had delivered them! Never have I had a similar experience

Nice studio apartment near the train station which is near the airport. Convenient check-in check-out. No AC, which in the heat of the summer could be a bit inconvenient.
