I really don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from, I loved this place. Stayed there for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everything was clean and nice, sheets were clean, no bedbugs, no bad smell, very nice and light room, tv, balcony, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, toilet paper, dishes, small fridge that even had a little freezer inside, stove, the place had everything you might need while travelling. Had no problems with check in, the box is behind the building outside, just put my code in and got the keys, never had to contact any of the stuff, everything was on time. The building has an elevator. The only little thing was that there was a little floor damage that was not a problem for me, and the shower curtain was a bit dirty, would recommend them to change it. I expected this place to be really bad after reading all those reviews, but I got very surprised when I got there, everything was great, would definitely stay there again.
The location is great, I'd say pretty walkable like 30 minutes walk to the main station, but there's also a tram stop right next to the building, as well as kiosks, stores and restaurants.

I travel with my baby, everything so complete clean and easy to find, nearby the tram station 🥹🥹 nearby the thai & vietnam restaurant, will comeback stay here again

Everything was ok, expected for the amount paid, but there could be some improvements such as, change of the curtain in the bathroom, it was smelly and on the dirty baseboard, shelf next to the bed, lights and a wall towel dryer, since there is no exhaust in the bathroom and no room service.

They ignored my refund request!!!
I’ve booked 2 rooms and they have overlooked the booking and just gave me 1 room. When I requested a refund for one room, they just gave me the check in code for another room (it’s self check in).
BUT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR ANOTHER HOTEL ROOM BOOKING!!!!! And causing me and my family needing to live far apart.
So I send another email to them and request for a refund and they did not reply me afterwards and pretend nothing happened.

Wasn’t able to obtain my key for the room and after a prolonged amount of time trying to reach the hotel staff my room had a broken bed and a window that wouldn’t shut in the middle of winter.
