Расположен минутах в 15 - 20 от вокзала (если добираться на трамвае). Были проблемы с тем, что мне то ли забыли выслать код подтверждения для заселения, то ли он не дошел до меня. Однако всё остальное было на высшем уровне - очень комфортный номер, есть кондиционер, холодильник, туалет, душ, кухня и т. п. Впечатления остались положительные.

They ignored my refund request!!!
I’ve booked 2 rooms and they have overlooked the booking and just gave me 1 room. When I requested a refund for one room, they just gave me the check in code for another room (it’s self check in).
BUT I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR ANOTHER HOTEL ROOM BOOKING!!!!! And causing me and my family needing to live far apart.
So I send another email to them and request for a refund and they did not reply me afterwards and pretend nothing happened.

First of all, the price is not cheap. 1. This is a self-service check-in and check-out, and there is no staff, and there is no place to store luggage. It is close to the road and very noisy. The curtains are only a layer of gauze, which does not block light at all. The hair dryer and kettle seem to have been dusty and broken as if no one has stayed here for a long time. There is no service staff at all. I hope everyone will avoid this hotel. How can such a rubbish hotel on Ctrip be cooperated with?
