"First the positive ... very good location. The tower suite was beautiful and well equipped. The view was super! That was unfortunately .... The suite was cleaned only on the first day, then, even after many complaints, unfortunately no longer. We had to get fresh towels and toilet paper at the reception. At the end there was 5 Euro per day environmental premium as "compensation", we would have preferred clean rooms to feel well. On the last day the kiss and bed cover were scrapped, which came under the appearance ....iiiigitt! Good that hasn't happened before!
