酒店整體入住感受特別滿意，前台薇薇和小朱服務很好，在我們退房後説要去玩行李不知道放哪兒，主動告知可以免費寄存在前台，很貼心。房間內乾淨整齊，床高低合適，而且空間大，住着很舒服，二樓的早餐是自助形式的，品種非常多，而且味道很好。

時隔5年再次入住這家酒店，雖然裝修有點老舊了，畢竟是10多年的老店了，但是服務還是在線，前台妹妹小杜非常熱情迅速的辦理入住，房間也非常滿意，特別是早餐很豐富，值得推薦

行政樓層體驗挺好，還有茶點飲品果盤，相當豐富。行政樓層接待服務樑美女也很周到。
建議房間廁所門開啟方向有條件調整，打開後傾佔了廁所的空間。早餐可以多點糕點和點心。

第一次入住英祥，給我的感覺就兩個字“親切”看到的每個工作人員都很熱情主動問好，特別是前台娜娜和薇薇十分耐心，我一直問問題，她們都很耐心的回答我，沒有一點不耐煩的態度，進到房間，非常乾淨整齊，連衞生間都很乾凈，特別滿意。還去吃了自貢的火鍋，比我們那邊的火鍋好吃多了，下次還來
