The location is convenient, about a ten-minute walk to Hengqin Port, with many dining options nearby and easy parking. The service was very warm and they tried their best to meet our needs. The room was larger than expected and soundproofing was good. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Our hotel stay was also great this time. We had a family room on the second floor, and despite being close to the road, it was quite quiet. The hotel even set up bed rails for us in advance, which was a nice touch. The room was very clean, and the most pleasant surprise was the screened windows! We could open them for ventilation when we were in the room, which was excellent 👍. The toilet, shower, and vanity areas were all separate and independent, which I really liked and was a major reason I chose this hotel. It's really good. Just one small suggestion: there's no shelf in the shower. It would be really helpful to have a place to hang dry clothes while showering. Installing a shelf there would make it even better.

The interior is also quite new. ## Hygiene: Clean and hygienic; I slept comfortably. ## Environment: Comfortable with good soundproofing. There was basically no noise from outside. The surrounding area is very convenient with everything you need. There's a tea restaurant downstairs you could try. ## Service: Reception, housekeeping, and everything else was thoughtful and thorough.

Free trip to Zhuhai Chimelong (reservations required, one shuttle limited to 6 people, first come, first served). The driver was very enthusiastic and gave a brief overview of Chimelong. There are many restaurants downstairs, all within walking distance. The hotel offers breakfast, which was included as part of an activity. The room had a strong musty smell and needed ventilation, but given the price, you get what you pay for.

The hotel environment is excellent, and it's close to Chimelong. The room is spacious and very clean. There's a food street right downstairs, which makes dining very convenient, especially when traveling with kids as there are many options. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Chimelong. The surrounding area of the hotel is also very pleasant.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations for the price! The location is fantastic, right next to a food court. The service was also excellent; my child got sick and threw up on the bed, and the staff were so thoughtful, immediately changing the sheets. It's also super convenient for Chimelong Zhuhai, with a shuttle service that gets you there in just over 10 minutes.

After staying at various hotels in Guangzhou and Zhuhai, including brands like [Hotel A], [Hotel B], and [Hotel C], this is the only room I've encountered that didn't have any lingering cooking smells. The hotel has three floors, and I chose the top one. While the room facilities aren't brand new, they are very clean, and I especially loved that there was no carpet. They also provided kids' slippers and toiletries, which was a nice touch. Downstairs, there are plenty of convenient dining options. It's only 5 kilometers from Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, a 9-minute taxi ride costing around 12 RMB. For those not staying at the park's own hotels, this is definitely worth considering. The only minor drawback is that the air conditioning, while incredibly powerful, is quite noisy; otherwise, everything else was great.

The hotel rooms have large balconies, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. However, the hotel lobby is quite cramped and gets crowded when there are many guests. There's only one elevator, and the carpets are no longer very clean. The mattress is a firm spring type, which was uncomfortable. Plus, in the king room, the entire bed would shake and creak whenever I turned over, making it hard to sleep. Improvements are definitely needed. There was also a constant humming sound from the air conditioning unit (or something similar) behind the hotel at night, disturbing my rest. The AC wasn't very effective in early October either, making the room a bit warm.

The hotel's location isn't too far from the airport by taxi, and it offers shuttles to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, which is quite nice. However, the hotel facilities are a bit old; it's okay for a transit stay. Breakfast is also just average, but thankfully there's a McDonald's and a convenience store nearby. It's also quite close to the Hengqin Port. Chimelong was a lot of fun, and the kids had a great time.

I highly recommend the James Joyce Coffetel next to Hengqin Port! I stayed for three days, booking twice due to my itinerary. The front desk staff were professional, and the order processing was seamless – I didn't have to worry about a thing. The location is the biggest highlight; it's just a ten-minute walk to the port, which is perfect for travelers going to and from Macau. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the coffee aroma was very relaxing. This will be my first choice for accommodation next time I cross the border. Five-star rating!

The hotel is very close to the border crossing, which made immigration incredibly convenient. The room and bed were surprisingly spacious, much larger than anticipated, and the overall environment was quite pleasant. I didn't take any dedicated photos – this was just a quick snap before I left – but you can clearly see how large the room is and that there's plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Food delivery could be brought directly to the room door, which is much better than the hotels within the Chimelong scenic area. I booked it on Ctrip for a higher price (491 RMB), and later found it was cheaper on JD.com (426 RMB), but I didn't dare to cancel and rebook for fear of losing the room. The Central Hub Food Court is right next door, offering plenty of dining choices. Getting a taxi to Chimelong was also very convenient. The next day, I stayed at the Hengqin Hotel, which was about a 10 RMB taxi ride away. That evening, I took the Macau Island Tour Cruise, which was fantastic. A taxi to Wanzai Pier cost 20 RMB. Overall, I was very satisfied and would highly recommend it.

A great hotel with a very convenient location, right by the border crossing. Parking is free, which is perfect for those driving to Macau. The rooms are very spacious and even come with a projector, so you can enjoy a movie. The breakfast was also delicious, offering a wide variety of food, including vegetables and Cheung fun.
