房間衞生還可以，設施設備不太行，淋浴頭出水小。房間裏衹有洗澡塑料拖鞋（不是一次性的），沒有那種白色的一次性拖鞋，感覺不太衞生。
一樓有吃飯的地方，味道一般般，西蘭花太硬了。

一到就受到了酒店李哥的熱情接待，給我們介紹了普陀山的各座寺廟，還按我們的需求幫我們制定了線路，講解的非常詳細周到，服務態度非常好！酒店整體很乾凈，邊上走兩分鐘就是公交車總站，交通非常非常方便，下次來還會選擇這裏。

房間打掃得還是挺乾淨的。班車半小時一班，錯過一班就要等半小時。我看點評上很多人説忘了拿贈送的香包。我到了房間看了也沒有，以為酒店忘了放，特地到前台問，前台説我的房間本來就沒有贈送。不知道是酒店的問題，還是攜程寫錯了。

設備雖然老了些，但是床品很乾凈，屋子也收拾的非常乾淨。如果第一次來普陀山很推薦住，大堂的李哥可能直按指客人規劃行程，而且驛舍旁邊就是纜車車站，出門五十米不到全島暢遊。
餐廳的味道也不錯，關鍵量大經濟。服務非常好！
唯一就是排風扇有點大聲，床有點軟，床頭燈可以再換一換😁
不管怎麼説，性價比很高！下次期待硬件升個級，還來住，很有世外桃源的感覺。

非常熱情的服務👍有賓至如歸的感覺，不管是前台還是接待我們的李先生。旅館非常貼心的送香包其中的打火機對香客人多排隊點香省了不少時間，這個小節讓人方便並非常暖心。。
另外在一開始我們到碼頭時遇到一位開皮卡送客的司機，我們想讓他帶我們回旅館，但他因為還有事，就幫我們主動聯繫旅館，他堅持等旅館的車到時才離開。
總的來説是一次非常愉快的住宿，會介紹朋友來住。
