看了某書平台推薦定的，雖然價格不便宜，但結果去了真的太失望了，房間小的要命，電梯門口躺着蟑螂也沒人處理，衞生間轉不過身，早餐小童收費和成人一樣，最要命的是12點退房一分鐘不能延遲，説生意很好，房間要及時退，根本不考慮客人的感受和需求，以後還是住大品牌星級酒店吧

二次入住，離海近，第一次温泉沒有下水，這次去了兩次，小孩子要玩水，有送兩張票，一家三口進去的，進去的時候沒有説明使用規則，不下水也收門票錢，所以第二次去要收費。因為陪同，完全可以一陪一，男孩子，孩子爸爸就進去送了一下。這點有點不舒服。温泉裏面的工作人員還是很熱心的，給好評。

酒店很大，房間還不錯，早餐很好吃，提行李的小哥服務非常好，咖啡廳前台姐姐也很友善。其他工作人員的服務可以再培訓一下，沒有星級酒店的熱情和周到，和其他地方星級酒店完全不能比，多要一雙一次性拖鞋説要按人頭來，可是也不看是連續住幾天的，温湯前台服務態度也很差。
