環境非常優美，坐落在一片寧靜的區域，房間打掃得一塵不染，佈置得温馨又舒適，設施齊全且先進，住起來非常方便。房東大哥特別熱情好客，從入住指引到周邊美食推薦都無微不至，讓人感覺像回到家一樣温暖。周邊交通也很便利，步行幾分鐘就有公交站，而且附近有不錯的自然景觀，清晨推開窗就能呼吸到新鮮空氣，聽到鳥鳴，心情特別舒暢。這次入住體驗遠超預期，絕對物超所值，已經推薦給了朋友們，下次一定還會再來！

天太熱，民宿離碼頭有點路，老闆娘用助動車來回幾次接送客人和行李，服務態度還是很好的。暑假裏，酒店生意太好了，在大堂裏等了很長時間才收拾好房間讓你入住，房間挺大的，衞生還行。位置在東極第一街上，吃早飯，下午茶很方便，離遊客中心很近，到旅遊電瓶車起始站也很近

避坑！入住後地面有沒有打掃乾淨，還有顆粒和瓜子殼！房間有蚊子，自己買的蚊香點的，酒店的蚊香液也在用！隔音效果就真的沒有效果，大廳的小孩子哭、鬧聲，遊客的聊天聲音，隔壁打開開關的聲音，聊天聲，馬上上遊客行走的腳步聲，樓上的拖鞋走路聲，拖拉椅子聲！半夜安靜後，衹要有人路過就能聽的更清晰了！洗衣機是壞的，衹能手洗！早上退房讓老闆娘送一下行李，打電話不接，找到老闆娘後説沒時間！並沒有網上評價説的老闆娘有多好，衹是你入住的時候客氣罷了！我朋友一晚沒怎麼睡！總之不信的可以自己體驗！

民宿地理位置比較方便，房間還算整潔乾淨，老闆服務熱情的，但節假日價格有點虛高，但幾乎島上所有的民宿價格都是偏高的。

有一説一，老闆娘會去碼頭接送，就這點好，一樓慎選，房間潮濕，黴味重，二樓很靠裏的房間慎選，很吵，晚上就很超，凌晨更吵，一大早的，叮叮咚咚的，裏面房子在裝修，還有工人講話聲音，基本沒睡好，傍晚4點30左右到的，一張床的房間的已被全部挑選走，就剩下一樓三間，沒人選，和二樓很裏面一間。店家不會按照你預訂的房間名字安排的，早到選擇性大，晚到的麼看運氣。實在是沒得選，要麼睡一樓潮濕房，要麼，二樓最後一間這床頭掛花的，哎！
