價位與服務完全不匹配，門卡換了三次都刷不出，設施陳舊，房間一股黴味，空調不製冷致電前台，房間不給客户先做換房處理，坐在房間看工程師傅修半小時空調。隔音一塌糊塗，早上6點酒店外面窗户旁邊發出像拖拉機一樣的聲音，三不五時就來一聲，完全無法正常休息。沒下次了。

服務：船到普陀山酒店有車接。可以抄經，酒店贈送禪意旅拍，大家可以帶自己中式的衣服來，拍出來比較有味道。如果不穿自己的，酒店也提供一些新中式的旗袍之類的，可以選。
設施：標準五星酒店的配置，別的有啥這裏也都有。
環境：酒店環境很好，也很安靜，離法雨寺和千步沙走路就幾分鐘。是去其他幾個地方的中轉站，很適合沒啥事來住住，靜靜心。
衞生：乾淨，床睡的很舒服。

第八年來普陀山，這一次因為帶着老媽一起，所以想着住在島內，想着讓老母親也享受一下生活，就定了雷迪森莊園，辦入住的時候，前台小哥哥很耐心講解各種須知.非常貼心，晚餐吃好到千步沙隨便走走，非常的愜意，還拍到了彩雲、老母親非常的開心🥳.

老牌的酒店，勝在環境和服務！酒店的位置非常好，門口就是車站，去哪裡都方便，步行3分鐘就是法雨寺，再往前走點就是千步沙了。服務很細緻周到，伴手禮，水果，軟飲，尤其是最後一天我們要去珞珈山，行李幫我送到碼頭，時間銜接的非常好，沒有耽誤1分鐘。
重點要感謝酒店一下，我媽媽下山時不小心扭了腳，我衹是想問酒店要點冰塊敷一下，前台知道後馬上讓客房服務給我們送來了雲南白葯，非常感謝，讓我媽媽腳及時得到了治療，第二天衹有一點淡淡的淤青，也沒有腫，也不影響走路。非常感謝🙏🏻

禪意旅拍:旅拍小哥拍攝很盡心，後期溝通迅速，選片也非常順利，值得推薦。
環境：酒店位置很好，離法雨寺很近，距離千步沙也很近，非常適合早起看日出或晚上觀落日。
服務：酒店服務很好，無微不至，給了我們很好的體驗。

一個年份比較久遠，但不失有腔調的酒店，我們去的剛好週末，房價飆到1700多一個晚上，還不包含早餐，房間挺大的，有個陽台，但應該沒怎麼打理，衞生差點，稍微有點黴味，晚上睡覺的時候，頭頂的一盞燈一直亮着，是那種半亮不亮接觸不好的感覺，有些設施還是老舊了

網上有的差評覺得有點過。沒入住前還蠻擔心網上説的，入住後總體感覺還可以的。
讓我再次選擇還會選擇雷迪森，中間位置去哪裡都不錯。性價比高的話可以選擇週中。大堂經理還熱心贈送一份早餐。所有服務人員都很nice。因為走得急忘記拿冰箱的飲料啦。哈哈

因為定了兩間，所以不重複上一個評價，補充幾點，1）酒店有洞洞鞋，去沙灘玩，孩子可以向酒店借沙灘工具，回來，酒店門口有洗腳池。2）服務比較周到，有歡迎水果，伴手禮，酒店冰箱飲料免費，3）藝術長廊有舒適的椅子，普陀山800年的老樹下抄心經也是不錯的體驗，所以來普陀山，選這裏沒錯。全家出遊，住了幾次不同的雷迪森，長者小孩都滿意，各有樂趣。
