這次舟山之行，在康橋望湖酒店住了三天，整體體驗很舒服。
酒店的位置很合適，離朱家尖、普陀山都不算遠，開車過連海大橋到朱家尖衹要10多分鐘，就算如普陀山禮佛，早起從酒店開車過去也跟進。
服務方面能感受到工作人員的用心。前台兩位分別姓張、姓朱的服務員，態度特別好。打掃衞生的趙姐，每天會把房間收拾得很乾凈，態度也很親切。餐廳裏姓徐和姓潘的兩位服務員，態度同樣非常好。
車子在停車場被碰了，找酒店幫忙調監控，負責監控的大叔陪着我們看了挺久視頻，過程中沒有不耐煩，也沒有抱怨，很有耐心地幫我們處理。
而且這幾天晚上不管有什麼小問題，聯繫酒店後都能得到及時迴應，服務員迴應速度特別快。能感覺到酒店在服務管理上有自己的要求，聽説對服務質量和客人好評有嚴格的要求，雖然覺得用好評考核員工可能有些嚴格，但確實讓住客體驗好了不少。
另外，酒店房間空間也寬敞，住着不侷促。早餐也很豐富。下次如果再去舟山，應該還會選擇這家酒店，也會推薦給計劃去舟山遊玩的朋友。
