超乎預期的滿意，除了去的幾天温度過高，其餘都很好。酒店管家阿興有求必應，早餐晚餐豐盛，帶長者小孩都很合適。

活動和服務都挺好，管家小冬有問必答，就是帳篷之前距離太近了導致隔壁聽得太清楚了，去年住的別的帳篷距離比較合適

幫我們升級了房型，帳篷很新很乾凈，來中衞的第一家酒店就選在這裏，小孩看到帳篷很興奮，其他都挺好，但是有些服務生服務意識很一般，可能人手不夠，叫了人很久都不來，來了也不知道要做什麼，問很多都還不知道叫我問管家，其他都很不錯

Very good butler service. They contact us one day before our stay. Always keep us updated on the day’s activities. To me, their service is better than Desert Star Hotel’s . Hot pot buffet dinner is good. The night show at Tonghu Grassland is awesome. It’s raining when we reach there but luckily the show not cancelled.
