服務很棒，晚上還有星空的講解，晚上的時候雲層比較厚沒拍到好看的星空有點遺憾，半夜爬起來拍到了，雖然還是有點雲層。

老婆選的沙漠酒店，我先害怕環境不好，來了後很意外，很乾凈，空調效果也好，熱死，就是拉鍊進出會有點麻煩，酒店包早餐晚餐都做的很好，先自己買了些東西怕沒的吃，結果都浪費了，讓人意外的自助火鍋晚餐

在沙坡頭玩，訂這家酒店非常超值。帳篷房住起來別有一番風味。
活動還很多，尤其是夜間的觀星活動。印象深刻。服務也是非常好。

作為帳篷酒店，酒店衞生確實不錯，床上沒沙子，保暖也不錯；設施和環境也可以，而且晚上的通湖草原活動也很好～但服務真的一般，説是安排了一個管家，但也沒什麼服務，晚上排了很久多隊去照的星空照片，都過去2個月了，到現在都沒給小樣。價格不低，帳篷確實舒適性稍差，總體不推薦。覺得沒必要……

帳篷酒店服務非常好，管家親力親為。比沙漠星星真的服務好很多
吃飯比較一般 晚上小火鍋自助和中午點的套餐都不如星星選擇多
但是打不住服務好啊！推薦！
