Check in was smooth. Upgraded me to an exec room if I understood reception correctly. Room was a bit tired, especially the sofa and its ottoman. Pee stains on the toilet seat too. Other than these minor inconveniences, it’s a great place to rest up - strong shower pressure with consistent temperature, fluffy and comfy bed.

The location is near Zhongshan industrial zone and it is convenient to get there. The room was clean and neat. everything was ok. But the breakfast was simple and there were no other options even milk and coffee. The reception was polite and helpful. They could speak a little bit of English but it was OK due to using a translator app. Beside the hotel, there were some Halal restaurants which are proper for Muslims. The overall evaluation was acceptable.

The experience is excellent. The service is very good, the clerk answered our questions politely and with patient. The room is clean. I did not eat in the hotel and cannot comment on the food.

The environment is okay and it's close to where I travel for business. It's very convenient!

I booked a double bed room. It felt like no one had stayed in that room for a long time. The tabletop was dusty and the headboard was also dusty. When I sat on the bed and looked up, I saw garbage floating in the emergency water valve above with the wind from the air conditioner. There was a When the bed was opened, there were some small dirt on the sheets. This was the first time since I had lived in Vienna so many times that I encountered so many hygiene problems. There were only two pairs of toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom, and a disposable headgear. There is no comb or anything like that. In the Vienna where I lived before, combs, toothbrushes, headgear and some disposable household utensils were all equipped according to the room type. 🛀🏻You can see moths on the roller blinds on the glass of each room. It can be seen that it has not been taken care of for a long time. When opening the window, one of the windows cannot be opened. The handle is too loose and I dare not use force... The housing experience is very poor. Of course, calling the front desk and asking for more rolls of paper towels and two more bottles of mineral water will satisfy your needs, which is okay. The room is large, but because the hotel is too old, it has a strange smell and the hygiene is worrying. The rooms of my colleagues were also in poor hygiene. Won't stay here again next time.

I arrived at the store around 9:30 in the morning, and an intern waiter immediately checked me in and upgraded my room, which was a big surprise. Neat and clean

Came here on business. The room is spacious, the bedding is clean, and the surrounding restaurants are more convenient. There is something to eat on both your left and right hand when you go out. The variety of breakfast is okay, it is the same every day. I will stay here again next time I come.

The front desk of the hotel has a gentle and considerate attitude, and the problems raised can be solved attentively. I don't feel noisy due to my poor sleep quality. The overall environment is warm and quiet, and the room is clean and tidy. Will choose again next time.
