First of all, this is my first time staying in a hotel of the Chaoman brand, but unfortunately, I have to say that I am very disappointed!!! 1. The ever-changing prices: I understand that there will be price fluctuations. We booked half a month in advance, but after checking in, when we were considering whether to confirm the next day's reservation, we found that it had dropped by more than 100 in real time. But after walking around and returning to the hotel, it dropped by dozens more. This "unpredictable" and very random price, I really want to ask, what do you want? 2. Very poor service attitude: from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the restaurant staff, and even the electrician for maintenance, they all looked like they were forced to work. They were sullen the whole time. If you have any questions, they will just turn their heads away before you finish talking. They were very reluctant to even ask them to bring an extra set of toothbrushes. The quilt they sent was already covered with a quilt cover. 3. No cleaning: Before I went out to stay, they said that I didn’t need to change the quilt cover, but I just needed to clean the sanitation normally. But when I came back, I found that they only took out the garbage, slippers, and used toothbrushes. The toilet and bathroom were not cleaned at all. The sheets were not changed, and they were not made. For a four-star hotel, the sanitation of the guest rooms is like this? 4. The air conditioner is very loud, and there is also the sound of water flowing and dripping from the air conditioner, which made me sleep poorly all night; 5. When I stayed the next night, I don’t know if it was on the same floor or in the next room, but they were singing karaoke all the time. The sound was deafening and it was noisy until after 1 a.m. Isn’t this a hotel? Why is there karaoke? Is it formal?! A very, very bad accommodation experience. Please avoid it unless you want to stay here to suffer.
