The WiFi can't connected smooth and elevator should be upgrade.

Excellent amenities. Large and clean rooms.

Shuttle service to the airport is unreliable. Schedule is not being followed. We were told it would be every 30 mins. However, that is not the case.

They are all suites, and the interior decoration of the rooms should have been renovated. Overall, they are okay.

I used it on business trips. It seems to be the best hotel near the airport. There is a McDonald's across the street, and a Target mart is a 10-minute walk away. However, I added breakfast when I made the reservation, but the breakfast restaurant employee kept pushing the bill in.

There was a lot of hair in the bathroom drain that had not been cleaned, which caused the water to drain very slowly when I took a shower. After a few rinses, the water flooded over my feet, which was very unhygienic. The hair dryer was so dirty that it was unbearable to look at. What was even more incredible was that when I communicated all this to the hotel manager, she did not apologize at all and was tough. She did not comment on the photos of the hair dryer. I could not continue to stay with such service. I could only contact Ctrip abroad to cancel the second night and find a temporary hotel. It was really disappointing to have such an experience on the first night after a 20-hour flight to Chicago!

The room is large, one bedroom and one living room, newly renovated, clean, and odor-free, which is pretty good in North America. When the window is closed, there is no noise from airplanes. The shuttle runs every half hour and takes 10 minutes to the airport. It takes 8 minutes to walk to the airport light rail to the terminal. The hotel restaurant is also reasonably priced, and breakfast and dinner are all solved there.

The hotel is located near the Chicago O'Hare Airport Car Rental Center. You can take the free ATS at the airport to get there directly. Of course, you can also take the hotel shuffle bus to and from the hotel. The shuttle bus starts at 4:00 every day and leaves the hotel every 30 minutes. So it is very convenient to travel between the airport and the hotel. The hotel room is really large because it is a suite, and the facilities are also good. Because the central lobby is a bar, it is a bit noisy at night, but closing the bedroom door does not affect the rest at all. There are many fast food restaurants around the hotel, including Western and Asian restaurants, and of course there are good steak houses. What I want to complain about is their service. I paid in advance, but at that time, due to the difference in room prices, additional deductions were made. After returning to China, I negotiated with the hotel through Ctrip customer service. The hotel has given various reasons, such as the money was just frozen, the manager was not there, and the time difference. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service is very powerful and keeps a close eye on the hotel. Finally, the hotel admitted that it had overcharged and said it would return the money in the original way. I would like to thank all the Ctrip customer service staff for their best efforts.

The Sheraton Hotel is in a good location, only about 1-2 kilometers away from the airport; the room suite has a living room and a small bar, which is very convenient for washing fruits and the like, and the small guest room also has windows; the guest room is large and the bathroom is spacious and bright. The only thing is that the facilities are a bit old, but the cleaning is very clean and the front desk reception is also very NICE!

This is a really satisfying hotel! The room is very big and clean! I was worried because I saw many reviews saying the facilities were old. It had a retro feel to me, so I liked it because it had more of an atmosphere. The staff are also very friendly. I was satisfied with my first Chicago hotel.
