The workers were all friendly and helpful. The room clean and adequate but the bed was really hard, the small restaurants nearby were great . We thought the swimming pool was free from the trip.com adverts and pictures. However the y40 cost included the use of the hot springs so not bad.

The bad review is for the breakfast, not worth the price, the only meat is boiled eggs 😂, you can have some toast and bread 😔

This hotel experience is amazing! The room is warmly and elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean, and the facilities are new and easy to use. The front desk checked in quickly and recommended tour routes. The breakfast was rich and varied, which was great!

The water in the hotel is so dirty! The kids were scared when taking a bath. There was no hot water before, but now there is hot water but it is dirty.
