這次出行選了城市便捷酒店，體驗感超棒！位置超便利，周邊公交站、地鐵站都很近，商場、美食街也在附近。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，睡了個好覺。前台服務熱情，辦理入住迅速，還幫忙推薦景點。早餐雖不豪華，但種類能滿足需求。性價比超高，下次出行還選它！

酒店地理位置好，覓食出行都方便，房間衞生乾淨，各種設施一應俱全，而且許多細節設計極具人性化，早餐品類豐富，總體入住體驗很好。特別是酒店前台小姐姐和餐廳阿姨態度熱情，服務周到，考完試遇到大雨沒來得及按時退房也被允許延遲了兩個小時，讓人覺得非常貼心。下次如有需要過來霞山還會選擇貴酒店。

昨晚又來住了第一次點評。
這次吃了早餐，餐廳很大，很明朗通透，阿姨也很有禮貌會打招呼。菜品種類不算多，但是很乾凈很家常的感覺，味道也很不錯！讓人震驚的是餐廳會播放新聞，這個是很不錯很意外的，很推薦。
其他的先不點評，這個早餐和餐廳環境在這個價位來説非常推薦了！

極其惡劣的服務體驗，凌晨值班前台態度傲慢，拒絕履行最基本的服務義務！
作為攜程會員，我第一次在平台留下如此嚴厲的差評。入住時間是今日凌晨0點多，剛進房間就聞到明顯黴味。出於對住宿體驗的基本要求，我聯繫前台詢問是否能換房或升級房型，結果該名凌晨值班的女性前台用近乎懟人的語氣回覆我：
1. 她説“你不是我們東呈會會員，衹是攜程訂的房，跟我們沒關係”，直接拒絕任何處理；
2. 她堅稱“我們經常滿房，不可能有黴味，是你自己覺得有問題”，完全否認客觀事實，把責任推給客人；
3. 整個對話過程中她態度冷漠、口吻不耐煩，毫無服務意識，也沒有任何試圖解決問題的意願。
更令人氣憤的是，我今早再次前往前台詢問該值班人員的姓氏，以便投訴維權，卻被值班人員無理拒絕，推諉塞責。一個連值班員工姓名都不能提供的前台，如何讓人信任你們的管理和服務？
這是凌晨值班前台個人服務態度極其惡劣、嚴重失職的問題！
在服務行業裏，任何崗位的工作人員都不該用這種“你不是我會員就不用服務”的態度來區別對待客人，尤其是在我明確我的基本訴求的情況下。
強烈建議攜程平台對該酒店服務行為進行調查處理！也提醒所有平台用户：入住該酒店，請做好心理準備！特別是凌晨時段值班服務，極不友好！
