酒店位置很好，過一條馬路就是沙灘，硬件和服務都很好，管家Coco加了微信，安排的房間海景角度很好，入住期間非常方便有什麼問題都可以微信諮詢，迴應特別快和高效，非常贊。下次如果來湛江還是會選擇喜來登酒店。

For a family trip, I chose Sheraton. I was quite satisfied with the public facilities: swimming pool, children's playground, and the front desk, the door reception and the restaurant service staff were all very patient and professional.
The pillows in the room were indeed not very comfortable.
The housekeeper Jill was enthusiastic throughout the service. There was also a small cake when I checked in, and the elderly at home were very happy to receive it. There were some small episodes in the middle, and the housekeeper Jill was responsible and patient to solve them as soon as possible. The overall experience was good, and I will come again in the future.
