房間非常舒適
設施：帶有床頭插頭和燈非常方便，床下帶有密碼鎖很安全
衞生：有人定時清理和打掃，但希望配備垃圾桶，本人有點懶出去有點不方便。
環境：很熱可能沒適應這裏的氣候，空調是一直開的，我剛到的時候找不到旅館希望可以在外面掛一個指示牌♡=•ㅅ＜=），可以減少很多不必要的麻煩
服務：必須是到位的
綜上這家是性價比最高的一個店安全感很高

全國很多城市青旅都住過，第一次在老家住，這個青旅新開業的，配置相當高，東西都新立立的，特別是房間一流的海景絕對值回房價，坐在窗邊喝着咖啡或檸檬茶看風景有點愜意，床墊挺舒服的，還有耳塞、眼罩、u型枕送，一次性牙膏牙刷也是有的，甚至還有酒店級別才有的浴巾毛巾這您受得了嗎？廁所和沖涼房也全部都是獨立的，2間獨立的沖涼房、一個有智能馬桶的廁所還有一個遙遙領先的蹲廁👍，前台靚仔靚女也很好，每天都會打掃衞生，然後呢公區同其他青旅不同的是在走廊的另一端也就是前台的那裡，也還可以，青旅在榮基國際公寓20層，樓下就是星巴克，很好找，交通方面基本説是下樓就是公交站，走1公里左右就到霞山觀海長廊了，海上城市（湛江版布魯威斯號）在翻新，房間就能看到，晚上記得過來吃1元濕辣牛肉，補充一點，如果沒猜錯的話貌似裝修的材料基本都是品牌的，簡直遙遙領先，哈哈哈，下次還來（過年的時候）

新開的青旅空調很給力，有洗衣機可以自助洗衣服，房間裏也有晾衣服的架子，窗户有遙控遮光簾，入住時還提供眼罩耳塞很貼心，公共衞浴很乾凈，下次再來會去公區坐坐，床單被罩自己套也可以找小姐姐幫忙，就是被子有一點點短，位置很好，樓下就是商場，走幾分鐘就是沙灘公園，這次體驗非常棒，有機會一定會再來

環境：新開的青旅，設施都是新的，衞生打掃得也很乾凈服務：前台是年輕帥哥，很好説話周邊景點：對面就是廢棄遊輪遺址和公園，離海邊很近交通：下樓就有公交站，也很好打車餐飲：在商場裏面，附近既有星巴克，又有各種本地小吃

鐺鐺鐺鐺，湛江新開的青年旅社，超棒的，飲水機，洗衣機，洗手液，牙膏啥的都是樣樣俱全，男生這邊可以看到漁港公園的海景，非常愜意，老闆也很好説話，反正年輕人開的店絕對沒差的啦，歡迎大家入住～，重點是，要有素質要有素質要有素質，青旅在湛江也不少，但是做的好的很少，讓我們守護這個温馨的小窩，讓它生意興隆，讓遊子們找到一個十全十美的棲息之室！

非常棒哇！！！海景房，住着心情超美的，附近是漁港公園，樓下是榮基廣場，有共享小電驢。前三張是公共區域，後兩張是海景房，非常nice！下次有時間我還想繼續來！
