My kid had previously stayed at this hotel brand, booked through an event organizer, and highly recommended it, praising the excellent service, comfort, and delicious breakfast, urging me to try it. I initially overlooked that breakfast wasn't included with the room. However, upon check-in, the front desk attendant kindly upgraded our room and provided complimentary breakfast for two. The room was spotless, and the amenities were incredibly thoughtful and high-quality, right down to the toothbrush. The toiletries had a subtle, elegant scent; after showering, I felt refreshed, the fragrance lingered, and it even helped me fall asleep easily. The breakfast spread was extensive, and I particularly enjoyed the freshly ground coffee – I had two cups! As we were checking out and waiting for our ride, the same front desk attendant thoughtfully gave us two bottles of water for our journey. A special mention goes to the classic literature available in the front desk lounge. They also offer complimentary late-night snacks, breakfast to-go options, and self-service laundry/drying facilities. The in-room TV conveniently displayed service availability, which saved me from making unnecessary trips. I completely fell in love with their memory foam pillows; they were so comfortable that I was tempted to buy one, but my kid pulled me back to reality! Overall, it offers excellent value for money, with attentive and polite service. Truly ideal for business travelers.
