來湛江旅遊入住這家酒店，收穫了滿滿的幸福感！踏入房間，寬敞明亮的佈局讓人眼前一亮，各類設施一應俱全。高清智能電視、可以呼叫小度語音助手超方便。房間的每個角落都打掃的好乾凈，床單被罩潔白如新，衞生間沒有絲毫水漬，整潔程度令人安心。
最讓我驚喜的是酒店的早餐！一碗熱氣騰騰的湛江特色豬雜粉端上桌，瞬間就被濃郁的骨湯香氣勾住了魂。鮮美的滋味在舌尖散開，滿滿的湛江風味。詢問廚師才知道，豬雜都是凌晨採購的新鮮食材。這趟入住，不僅住得舒心，還品嚐到了正宗美味，必須五星好評！下次來湛江，一定還選這裏！

連續72小時高強度趕項目後，我拖着行李箱走進酒店大堂時，連抬頭看一眼電子屏的力氣都沒有。領帶歪在一邊，襯衫皺得像鹹菜，後頸還沾着不小心蹭到的咖啡漬——這些狼狽直到前台小哥微笑着接過我的證件時才驚覺。先生，我幫您把行李先送進房間吧？"他接過拉桿箱的動作自然得像是接過老友的東西，另一衹手已經端來冰涼的檸檬水，"看得出你很疲憊了，您先喝口茶醒醒神。"直到躺在客房柔軟的大床上，我才發現不知何時皺巴巴的襯衫已經掛在衣櫃裏，領口袖口平整如新，旁邊還放着貼着便利貼的養生茶包："熬夜傷神，睡前泡泡腳會舒服些"。床頭的勿擾燈始終亮着，保潔和送餐的敲門聲都消失了，這種無聲卻妥帖的關照，讓緊綳的神經終於徹底放鬆下來。退房時，前台小哥遞來的不僅是發票，還有伴手禮，裝着提神薄荷糖："特意準備的，路上困了可以吃。"這份細緻入微的關懷，讓我意識到真正的優質服務，不是程式化的微笑，而是能捕捉到客人説不出口的疲憊，再用恰到好處的方式化解焦慮。環境設施各方面都很棒，下次再來。
