1.酒店沒配備有沐浴露和洗髮水（入住當晚沒見有，發消息給前台人員不回覆）。
2.酒店性價比相對島內其它民宿較低，房子是私人房改建，所謂大床房也就10平米左右，訂購價格為250一晚，沒有電梯，是步梯。
3.酒店位置説是離碼頭很近，但是離垃圾堆放處也很近，風一吹垃圾味道瀰漫在了整棟酒店裡麪，久久不能散去。
4.廚房使用標明是7元一人，任何調料自己購買，你衹能使用刀、燃氣、鍋。相對島內其它民宿收費極其不合理。
5.攜程上面酒店服務內容內沒有標明任何有關入住要收取按金的條款，但是入住前台人員堅持收取按金。

我們原先預訂了兩晚，孩子喜歡，又續住了兩晚。房間每天清潔，老闆人很好，有問必答。住的地方離碼頭和吃飯的地方都很近，這幾天租的電瓶車可以到島上的各個趕海和玩耍的地方，提供的趕海工具也非常貼心，樓頂有個吧枱，可以看海景，也可以洗衣服。孩子表示沒有玩夠，明年再來。

房間在頂樓，曬衣服看海景看日落都很方便，乾淨衞生。民宿離碼頭很近，想買剛剛捕撈回來的海鮮就是過條馬路而已。老闆人也很好，我們回去的時候還把我們送到碼頭。

民宿位於濱海大道旁，新裝修，房間設施齊備，空調製冷效果好。前台人員熱情周到，主動介紹周邊遊玩景點，自駕車上島比較好好，期待下次再來入住時配有電梯。

房間乾淨整潔，前台和打掃阿姨非常熱情。樓頂有個天台，房間正好和天台挨着，在天台上就能看到海邊，是我想要的風格和環境。住宿便宜，離碼頭港口也近，下次再來玩一定會再預訂的。
