前台辦入住的Eli小葉服務很好，酒店開業十一年但設施設備依然很完善，房間採光好窗外的景色也不錯漳州相對推薦的豪華型酒店，酒店三樓有健身房、室內泳池、瑜伽房、汗蒸房住客免費。

漳州很舒服，皇冠假日酒店的設施挺完善的，位置靠近動車站，周圍小吃也多，餐廳的環境也很好，早餐的菜品也很多，也很好吃，衞生也很整潔，不會亂七八糟，服務也很好，餐廳的雪婷非常熱情，服務很周到，情緒照顧的很好，推薦入住！！

酒店開業11年了，但是維護的還算不錯，很標準的五星的配置價格對比其它酒店也很划算，接待員小張andy服務周到，安排的房間很舒適，滿意，距離古城和萬達也都很近。

每次出差基本都會來選擇漳州皇冠假日酒店，前台的接待員Harvey也接待我好多次了，感覺酒店設施設備以及服務都非常不錯，一點都看不出來像是10年沒有裝修過的樣子，還是非常值得選擇都一家酒店，可以推薦
