洲際集團旗下酒店品質都很高，房間裝修都很簡約大氣，皇冠假日前台小葉服務熱情安排的房間位置很滿意，房間窗外的環境很好，衞生乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，酒店離漳州古城不算遠，整體都很推薦入住的。

皇冠做為洲際旗下酒店我認為硬件水平應該是達到了，雖然設施有點舊，但是保養得還行。但是服務説實話比我其他城市住過的皇冠酒店還是差得有點遠。前台不苟言笑，不會禮貌用語，比如您好，稍等，慢走等，辦理入住和退房時也不會雙手遞給你房卡，這做為一家硬件具有五星級水平而服務水平實屬達不到五星級水準，太可惜！

性價比一般，但是給升房了，升了房一看，行政房就一張茶几，連桌子都沒有，衹能説，不如亞朵，沒有送餐機器人是最大的問題
