這家酒店整體性價比很高，房間格局佈置都非常的合理，空間十分的大，衞生也很整潔乾淨，床品舒適，酒店的大堂也特別大氣，前台小王的服務熱情印象深刻，之後來漳州還是首選皇冠假日酒店，必須給一個大大的贊！

停車方便，，房間也比較舒適，價格性價比超高，房間乾淨，入住首選，滿意👍酒店前台安琪服務非常好，服務態度特別棒，衞生很乾凈，距離古城很近，出入很方便，整體還是十分舒適的，下次還會來入住的，游泳池的水質也非常不錯

1.接待本單的服務人員服務水平較差，我們一行八人，同一個訂單，開始把我們分在二個樓層，我們要求要同一層，就是不肯，吵了幾句，競然説我們訂單沒備註，責任在我們，還説如果不滿意，你們可以去其他酒店，這不明顯趕客人走嗎？我説叫你們主管來，她説，我就是主管，我説，你這樣我要投訴你，她説，你去投訴吧！如此的接待服務，能讓客人滿意嗎？這樣的五星級酒店，設施硬件再好，也是妄然！其實衹是房間還沒有打掃完，叫我們先拿兩個房，另外的等一等，就解決了。最後也就是這樣的解決的，但前面的處理方式，讓人很不滿意！
2. 車輛離開酒店，出閘口很不方便，每次都要前台申請，有一次申請了，到閘口出不去，再換一個也出不去，最後回前台再申請，才出去，説是沒感應到，但我們看到明明感應到了，停車費金額都出來了，不解。建議住宿酒店期間，一次報備，隨便出入，很簡單的事！

Over the years I have stayed a number of times at Crowne Plaza. It 's very good option if staying downtown, especially it just several minutes from Wanda plaza. The hotel is located close to where we need to be and the we love the rate for breakfast and parking. The hotel staff Cythina was friendly and helpful to handle my booking. Will be back again for future visit in Zhangzhou and recommend this place!
