"This summer, I drove to Zhangzhou for a trip and after comparing several hotels, I booked the 365 Hotel. Parking was quite convenient, and check-in was quick. The room was very clean, the bedding had no strange odors, and it had a plastic mattress. Hot water came out fast. With the windows closed at night, the noise wasn't too bad, and I slept soundly. Downstairs, it was easy to find late-night snacks and shops. There's also a Tianxia Plaza nearby with a whole street of restaurants, as well as Walmart and Tianhong department store. For its city center location, the price is reasonable. It's perfectly adequate for a one-night stopover, and overall, I'm quite satisfied."

The amusement park next door had nothing to offer, with many attractions under maintenance. Very disappointing, definitely not worth the price. I won't be returning."

"I booked this hotel on short notice for a business trip, and I was completely misled by the heavily edited photos on the platform. The experience was so bad I wanted to check out immediately. First of all, the location is extremely remote, and the service was incredibly perfunctory. The front desk staff were unfriendly throughout, and check-in took almost ten minutes. The room had countless problems: there were obvious coffee stains and hair on the carpet, the sheets felt damp, and I could smell a faint musty odor. The soundproofing was absurdly poor; I could hear people watching TV next door, walking in the hallway, and even car horns downstairs. The hot water was inconsistent in temperature, and the Wi-Fi signal was intermittent, making it impossible to meet even basic work needs. Overall, the price-performance ratio is extremely low. For the same amount of money, I could stay in a much better chain hotel in the same area. I sincerely do not recommend anyone come here, and I will never come back or recommend it to any friends."

"First off, the guesthouse is located right inside the ancient town, which makes getting around super convenient. The room was spacious, and the staff were incredibly warm and helpful. We drove there, parking our car in a lot outside the ancient town, and the guesthouse covered the parking fee. The next day, we parked inside a residential complex and unfortunately, our car got hit. As soon as the manager heard about it, she rushed over to help us deal with the situation. She kept following up and even extended our check-out time. Everything was resolved smoothly in the end. A huge thank you again to the manager for her wonderful service – it really feels like everyone in this town is so genuine and kind!"
