房間很舒服！設施也很齊全，特別表揚一下前台的小姐姐們，就想試試酒店能不能幫忙切一下西瓜（我們沒帶刀），她們不僅幫我們弄好了，還幫我們切成小塊裝盒帶走，袋子裏還塞了紙巾，特別特別細心~

房間各方面都不錯，前台還幫升級了親子房，太感謝了，還有泡腳桶，想的特別周到，缺點是早餐不好吃，早餐廳也是小肥羊火鍋，小肥羊火鍋也不好吃。

酒店房間挺大，辦理入住的工作人員態度很好。因小朋友半夜發燒，打給前台送水立馬有人接電話並安排機器人送水。當時問是否有温度計，前台小姐姐找了一番沒有，我們也不想半夜麻煩人家就説算了。過了半個小時這樣，就接到前台電話，她連夜叫**跑腿送來了温度計，問我們是否還需要？當時就很感動，凌晨兩三點，一個酒店工作人員能為顧客設想的這麼周到，實在不容易。第二天想當面找她致謝，發現她已換班，很遺憾沒能當面致謝。換個角度想，一家酒店的工作人員如此為客人着想，那這家酒店必定也是一家好酒店。下次去張掖還會再去品尊。
