酒店位置好設施新，服務棒，免費升級了房型。稍微不足的一點是早餐略微種類少了一丟丟，但是，仍舊值得推薦，下次來還住這裏

張掖入住希爾頓歡朋，共三晚。入住當天碰巧有幸參加了酒店的六一活動，小朋友做了蛋撻，畫畫，玩得很高興。離開酒店那天，還收到了參加活動的照片，非常用心，驚喜萬分。酒店各方面服務都很到位，早餐時候也非常照顧小朋友，另外給了打包盒，裝了小糕點給孩子帶走。另外還推薦了很好吃的羊肉館。無論是前台小姐姐，還是大廚，大堂經理等等，熱情洋溢，有求必應，是近期出行體驗最佳，沒有之一。

這個五星好評是給酒店陳經理的，真的專業熱情，給酒店大大加分，讓人印象深刻，酒店地理位置離張掖西站步行就可到達，坐在酒店床上就能看到遠處祁連山頂，張掖是個好地方，以後有機會還會再去，還有更多地方值得去感受體驗

這次入住的體驗遠超預期！酒店大堂氣派典雅，一進門就聞到淡淡的香氛，瞬間放鬆下來。前台服務專業高效，還貼心升級了房型。房間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟舒適，尤其是那個全景落地窗，將城市夜景盡收眼底。浴室乾濕分離，洗護用品都是高端品牌，浴缸泡澡超享受。早餐品種豐富，現煮的麪檔和班尼迪克蛋特別好吃。健身房器材齊全，泳池水質清澈，服務人員始終面帶微笑。地理位置也很贊，步行可達商業區。細節處處體現品質，絕對物超所值，下次還會選擇這裏

房間還不錯，早餐很滿意，門口有停車的地方。各種設施比較乾淨。枕頭很舒服。房間很智能。洗漱台空間很大。有洗衣間，我們去的時候沒有排隊。

房間環境和硬件設施都很不錯，廁所門口總是臭臭的，看評論説早餐特別好才定的這家酒店，結果早餐真的沒什麼，品質特別少，酒店隔音還可以但是保潔阿姨在樓道里大聲嚷嚷不考慮客人是否已經退房，早上被吵醒！希望統一培訓改正！
