衞生環境極差，衞生間臟，水淋頭實在噁心，我發圖吧，花灑上面簡直像漆了一層什麼白色東西，臟兮兮的，我預訂的家庭親子房，因為下車後就晚上9點多了，所以已經過了晚上6點免費退房的時間，衹能自認倒黴入住了。但我朋友實在受不了這個衞生間環境，臨時拉着行李去外面找酒店住了。
而且很吵，靠近馬路窗邊，一晚上聽外面車聲，還有一些彩虹裝飾燈在窗外整夜不停閃爍旋轉，一言難盡！

房間很大，打掃的很乾凈。位置就在張掖西站步行 10 分鐘不到。附近有吃的地方倒是不多，出行打車為主，打車價格不貴，挺方便。

先説服務，態度很一般，體驗感很差。衞生間設施也不完備，在這次出行中算是最差的一次體驗了。預訂顯示中午兩點前退房，入住後服務員説要一點半直接退房，第二天直接要求中午一點前必須退房，服務態度真差勁。

房間很大，我們先定了三人間，然後有個朋友臨時有事提前回去第二天我們定了雙人間，三人間唯一不好的兩個廁所，有個是房間內的廁所衹能洗漱不能洗澡，另外一個外面的可以。還是很不錯的

房間比較大，兩間卧室分開比較方便，但最大的缺點是整個房間通風就一條小縫，空氣質量不好，另外衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗澡水還會流到外邊客廳
